I scheduled an appointment with Safelite on 5/17/21 for a windshield repair and was immediately provided a time frame of 8 a.m. to 12 noon the next day, 5/18/21. After receiving two texts and two separate emails confirming this date and time range, I waited and waited yet no one ever arrived. At 12:10 I phoned Safelite to inquire as to where the technician was, waiting ten more minutes before the representative came back on the phone to inform me that they could not get in touch with the assigned technician. I was phoned back ten minutes after that and told that the technician was actually off work that day, and that the manager of the Bluefield store had accidentally scheduled him to my repair. Of course, no one else was available to provide service that day, which means I had lost my time AND still had a cracked windshield. How hard is it to assign a job to someone who is on the work schedule for a specific day, instead of someone scheduled to be off? Typical American incompetence. So much for this being the folks that come to you! I was offered a discount if I brought my truck to the Beckley store, like that does me any good when I live an hour away from that location. There's a reason I scheduled the appointment at my house in the first place! Terrible business. Service: Auto windshield repair

I know Safelite does good work but nonetheless they were $150+ on my windshield compared to a dozen other places so I didn't use Safelite this time Sorry guys maybe next time and btw I have a lot of people call me for auto and truck glasswork. Be nice if you guys would try and get your price in a competitive spot so I could use you again. Thank You

I was very pleased with the service there they are all very friendly . The person that put my window shield in was very friendly and told me everything he did. Also it was so nice that he told me to have a nice day and please be safe on the roads I thought that was so sweet

Terrible customer service. Ordered a windshield and had an appointment set up between 8 & 12. At 12 nobody arrived. Called and found out technician was 2 hours away. After contacting corporate office and Charleston office, found out no one would be coming by today. This was after I had missed a day's work. Got a lot of excuses (windshield was too difficult to install, not a remote job, takes all day to install, etc.) Safelite knew the type vehicle, they set up the appointment. Cost me a day's work a a week wasted. No way to do business. Should have stuck with local shop. Not even one star.
