My husband and I were traveling to New York to visit family and hit a deer in Ohio. Our car was towed to Caliber Collision for repair. Elizabeth called us with updates frequently and since I live in Indiana I appreciated not having to worry about my car. The work was excellent. I am very very pleased with the communication and skills at this location. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs any work done. Not to mention, they finished a week earlier than expected. ~melanie
