Had to take our 2016 jeep back in due to a rattling noise while at a stop with a load on the Trans (in drive or reverse). 1st visit they said it was a backing plate on rotor. (Even though it does it stopped, goes away when accelerating). Charges around 80 bucks. 2nd visit. They updated drive train and Trans. Said there was a recall on software using too much oil. Said they added a qt of oil and it stopped. (Even though it was stated on paperwork they didn't hear it.) And the jeep just had oil change not too long ago. I told them at the desk to check the heat Sheila's but nothing was stated that they did. CSR did say if any issues to bring it back and they will look at it. Me and my wife work full time jobs. I'm on 12 hr swing shifts and we have 3 kids. 2 of them in sports. The guesswork isn't going to cut it, and we don't have alot of free time to keep taking our jeep back. We just want the issue resolved as it should be by now. No excuses, just results. I will update this review when it's fixed and we'll go from there! As of now, we're pretty irritated with this dealer. They did program a key for us and at least that works!

Extremely expensive and after I payed my bill of over $800 dollars in witch $600 dollars of that was just Iabor fee’s. I went outside to leave and noticed my car was nowhere in site they had hidden my car at the far end of the parking lot in the grass behind a bunch of cars so I wouldn’t find it . I strongly believe that if I wasn’t Mexican/American I wouldn’t have been treated that way! Everyone else that had work done on there car that day had there car’s parked right out front of the dealership when they were done working on there vehicle’s but they treated me very different. I will never go back there again and would never recommend anyone go there.

Would give them negative stars if I could. I ordered a flexplate on 4/29/22 for a 2012 dodge caravan, Steve said he could order one and would be in the following day. Next day came never heard from him. Waited 3 weeks still nothing so texted him again on 5/20/22 asked is the flexplate in or what? Response was i don't know what happened i will order it and willbe in tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went still no rwply from them saying the parts in. Meanwhile the van is sitting up on stands tore apart waing for flexplate. Thanks. So go elsewhere if you want parts.

AVOID THOSE SCAMMERS Absolutely dishonest and misleading, we sent all information to this dealership to buy a vehicle , however they acted like beginners and were saying we will come back to you many times however nothing happened, only promises and posponings . Main time we see ourselves with deposit out and dealership unresponsive and lake of any responsibility. After they decided to continue , they said they willing to sell different car absolutly different with less options.

First time buying a car from a dealership. Bought a car from here and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They said they would have the tires and rotors for it changed for us at no cost. Two weeks went by as they ordered the parts and we get the call to come in and have them changed. After they change only the tires because they didn't order the rotors apparently, we came to pick up the car and they tried charging us 500 plus dollars for tire replacement. We told them that they said they would cover it and the salesman said he didn't have any recollection of telling us this. So instead we paid for half of that price. I gave them three stars because it was partially our fault for not getting the promise in writing but I'm still disappointed that they would go back on there word and try to take advantage of a young couple new to buying cars from a dealership. So, if there is anything to gain from this story is get everything in writing.

We had to coordinate a repair with Steve, and it went flawlessly. Great group of people that went above and beyond to get this taken care of and the guy back on the road. I can't say enough great things about this dealership and what a great guy Steve was. Great dealership and great staff!

Took my truck in to service Def system on my truck. They diagnosed it over and over not finding anything had to wait 4 hours for them to find a plug unplugged from the injector pump they said it should be good and sent me on my way. Didn't fix the problem at all took it back again they said a part needs replaced and hooked it up incorrectly which could have messed my truck all up if I hadn't had to take it to another dealership to fix it correctly... asked for a refund on the labor they absolutely refused.

Awesome dealership with the best staff. Always welcomed with a smile. Top notch customer care. For someone with no credit as myself... they offered the best deal on a beautiful truck.

Went here to check out a Dodge Caravan. I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, so the drive was about an hour away. The van was very dirty, and there was a dent in the side of the door. After taking it for a test drive these “appeared” to be the only problems with the van. The sales person I talked to was Cody Hall. We talked about the van, and I asked him if they had checked everything out to make sure all was right with the van. Cody said yes, they had looked over the van, they had found nothing wrong with it. I was fine with paying full price for it, so long as that was fixed and the car was cleaned and detailed. All the while I’m under the impression they’ve looked it over and assure me that nothing else is wrong. They couldn’t fix the door that day, they had to order a part and we had to come back. They did a quick cleanup of the van and I took it home that evening. I didn’t think much of it, since I figured I’d take it back and everything would be fine. On the way home a light popped up on the dashboard. As soon as I got home I called Cody to ask what that was about. He said he didn’t know and that the would check it out when I brought it in. My wife took the van in the following Thursday. They gave us a loaner van to use in the meantime. We got a call the following Tuesday from Cody letting us know everything was done and the van was ready to pick up. I asked if they had looked into the light, and he said they did and that it was taken care of. He said it had to do with the tires not having enough air in them. I figured all was good, they put air in the tires and it’s fixed. I had to work, so my wife went to Ohio to get the van. She’s 8 months pregnant and not feeling the greatest, and she took our 2 year old with her. She was under the impression she would just pick up the van and go, and perhaps our 2 year old could take a nap in the car while she was driving. When she got there she discovered the van hadn’t been detailed whatsoever, it was still a mess. They took the van back to the shop and cleaned it up, meanwhile my wife is waiting with our screaming, tired 2 year old. They finally brought the van back to her. When she got in the car she noticed the light was still showing. That was when we found out from them that the tire pressure sensor was broken. At this point I called the manager Brent to find out what was going on. I expressed my extreme frustration and displeasure about the van not being done when they said, and them making my pregnant uncomfortable wife wait with our 2 year old screaming at her. Then I got into the light, and I told him that I expected that to be fixed. Brent told me he was “not going to drop everything” for this light and be out $100-$400 to fix it. I told him that Cody had assured me they had checked this out and that everything was okay, this was not at all disclosed. Brent’s argument was that the van was sold as is, and I drove it off the lot. I got into a heated argument with him. I told him he could either fix it or take the car back. He said no, neither of those things was going to happen. I don’t buy for one second that this car was looked over at all as Cody had said. If it had been they would have known that the sensor was out. If they had known then they would have said so when I called Cody after bringing it home to inquire about it. Instead of saying “I don’t know”, he would have said “The tire pressure sensor is broken, that’s part of the sold as is” and that would have been the end of the conversation. The problem here is that they did NOT set proper expectations. I have never met a more unprofessional manager in my life. In my line of sales I have one rule, and it’s “Do the right thing”. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone above and beyond for a customer of mine, paying for something out of my own pocket to fix a bad experience for a customer. Guess what those customers did after that Brent, THEY CAME BACK! Guess what I won’t be doing with you?
