This review is only based on an over-the-phone interaction as I did not take my car into the shop due to personal circumstances: Quick to pick up the phone, consistently friendly even though I was taking time to make up my mind and kept calling back. They were willing to squeeze me in early for an emergency muffler issue. They couldn’t give me any quotes or estimates over the phone for my particular issue without getting the car up and seeing the issue for themselves, which makes sense. I appreciated their straightforwardness on that matter. I had to cancel the appointment due to personal circumstances unrelated to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. The response to my cancelling the appointment soon after making it was kind, understanding, and they wished me well on my travels. ~Gavin

I stopped in to get a washer blade and the 1st guy couldn't get the 1st blade on, so he went to get help. The other guy couldn't do it either. The blade wouldn't fit. So they found another and finally got it on. Yes! I was very happy about their help 😊! Awesome 👌 ~Kimberley
Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
Had to take our 2016 jeep back in due to a rattling noise while at a stop with a load on the Trans (in drive or reverse). 1st visit they said it was a backing plate on rotor. (Even though it does it stopped, goes away when accelerating). Charges around 80 bucks. 2nd visit. They updated drive train and Trans. Said there was a recall on software using too much oil. Said they added a qt of oil and it stopped. (Even though it was stated on paperwork they didn't hear it.) And the jeep just had oil change not too long ago. I told them at the desk to check the heat Sheila's but nothing was stated that they did. CSR did say if any issues to bring it back and they will look at it. Me and my wife work full time jobs. I'm on 12 hr swing shifts and we have 3 kids. 2 of them in sports. The guesswork isn't going to cut it, and we don't have alot of free time to keep taking our jeep back. We just want the issue resolved as it should be by now. No excuses, just results. I will update this review when it's fixed and we'll go from there! As of now, we're pretty irritated with this dealer. They did program a key for us and at least that works! ~Jared

Was buying a 2015 GMC Terrain from them and was a day late due to me working 3rd shift and they tried to repo it. I made them aware of issues I was having and got ignored. Now they expect me to finish paying off the car AFTER it was totaled because it accelerated on its own while I was leaving millers new market on Sunday and it hit a pole and rolled on its side. I am never going back to them and do not recommend them to anyone. Al was the only one who tried to help me. ~Tabitha
