This poor rating isn't about this location, it's about T-Mobile in general. They changed my plan without my permission and are now charging me an additional $20 a month. This is after they already raised my bill last year. I had Sprint for years and only began having problems when they became part of T-Mobile. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

Called the store to ask about the 5 g home hotspot. The kid I spoke to literally told me everything wrong. I found out later when I called customer service. I mean he got everything wrong.

Great store!! I came in to add a line for my mother and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Everyone was smiling and I felt very welcomed and was treated with all the care in the world!

They ordered the wrong phone which I understand happens but then they didnt refund me my $250 and made me pay another $250 for the phone I was supposed to get. They never kept me updated and never told me when my phone was in. By far the worst customer out of all the carriers I have had.
