The sales representative misrepresented the hard drive size and the return policy for my new ps5. I was told it had a 1TB hard drive, its only 500GB. I was told I had 7 days to add the protection plan, that was a lie. How can a company let an employee sell a ps5 bundle WITHOUT knowing the hard drive size or return policy? This store needs to find better quality employees if GAMESTOP wants to save this location.
