We have always purchased our appliances from Home Depot or Best Buy. We went through Home Appliance for our new home as they were the preferred vendor for our builder, Petros, and the experience was world's apart from what we would have gotten at a big box retailer. Lenny, the sales associate we worked with, may be the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, on any purchase, ever. His expertise on appliances should qualify him for a PhD - he had detailed information on each brand, appliance type, and model that we had questions about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us finalize our choices in one visit. He went above and beyond to make sure the appliances would be available for install and that we would qualify for any rebates. He responded quickly to emails/voicemails, and was always super friendly and energetic. I cannot say enough good things about him. When our appliances were finally installed, we did have a few issues. We reported these to HA's service department, and someone reached out to us immediately and we had technicians scheduled to come out right away. The techs were courteous of our home and quickly fixed all issues. Its a great feeling knowing we have a competent team to turn to should things pop up again. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lenny and the rest of the Home Appliance team. Please consider them first over the likes of Best Buy and HD as you will get a much better experience at likely the same price or better. Thank you Home Appliance for everything! :)

We just bought a microwave and had it installed. The appointment was made very quickly and the two men that came to install it were very professional and friendly. They were in and out in a very timely fashion. Excellent service. I would recommend this company. I would buy from them again!

We couldn't be happier with our entire experience beginning to end! Doug was knowledgeable and patient, listened to our needs and provided great advice on getting our new GE fridge. He offered us space and walked away to compare pricing then came back with a great deal (we didn't have to do any haggling) no pressure. After hearing us also comment on our existing washer needing replaced soon, he offered a look at their scratch and dents (lots of choices, e erything still in great condition) and ultimately we bought a washer too! Still He didn't pressure us on anything, loved his attitude! We bought the 5-year warranties on both because we know the service team is great from the previous reviews. AND(!) Doug knocked it out of the park with delivery: for a single delivery charge they 1) delivered and installed both the new fridge and washer, 2) hauled away the old washer 3) put the old working fridge in our garage for extra storage 4) hauled away the old fridge. The delivery team was polite and friendly and did everything in about 30 minutes. We will Absolutely be return customers and have already recommended to a few of our friends and family. You CANNOT go wrong shopping here!

Salesman was very knowledgeable about washer dryer options I was shopping for. Ordering was smooth. Was able to get delivery quickly as my washer needed replaced. Only issue I had was new dryer had bad motor which required replacement but dealing with service was easy and technician fixed issue in timely manner. Now everything works perfectly.

The technician was punctual, calling 20 minutes before arrival. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He installed the new part quickly and left the area clean. What a pleasure it was to do business with them. The total cost was more than I expected, but it needed to be repaired and cheaper than buying a new appliance.
