If I could give this place a zero I would. They are rude and unprofessional. Signed an agreement, had a delivery date set, took time off work then they called to say they wouldn’t accept our proof of address. So after they hung up on us we went over and they tried to refuse our refund for our money back. The man who dealt with us was rude and disrespectful especially to my mother and father when they tried to ask questions! Make sure you give them your blood type or you won’t be able to rent from them! Stick with Rent-A-Center, Quality Rentals, or Aaron’s!!!!!!

The furniture we have is over priced and either used (and barely cleaned) or “irregular” with production/manufacturing errors which means they most likely got it at an excellent price and are reselling way above actual value...

I have been asking for over 4 months for them to switch my account to ever week instead of monthly so I can make my payment online so I don't have to go clear over there but they have not. Every time I go in I ask about it and get I'm so sorry it's my fault I will do it but still have not. You better believe that if I'm a day late they call though. I'm giving their dryer back so I don't have to keep going over this

Our dryer has been broke for a week they sent a repair man finally yesterday after 5 days but it's still broke, and Peggy says now we have to wait until Monday!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Never ever rent from these people

Fast delivery, got it the very next afternoon. Staff friendly but not breathing down our necks, let us browse without pressure but stayed within sight for any questions. Showroom floor clean and had some new stuff just coming out. Price was great compared to other rental stores.
