Stopped by this location to grab a shake after the Guardians game. I absolutely love their marshmallow milkshakes. They are delicious. This location was hoping at the time I stopped. But they had my shake done in no time. They were training a new girl and were polite and efficient as well. ~Brian

We have always purchased our appliances from Home Depot or Best Buy. We went through Home Appliance for our new home as they were the preferred vendor for our builder, Petros, and the experience was world's apart from what we would have gotten at a big box retailer. Lenny, the sales associate we worked with, may be the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, on any purchase, ever. His expertise on appliances should qualify him for a PhD - he had detailed information on each brand, appliance type, and model that we had questions about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us finalize our choices in one visit. He went above and beyond to make sure the appliances would be available for install and that we would qualify for any rebates. He responded quickly to emails/voicemails, and was always super friendly and energetic. I cannot say enough good things about him. When our appliances were finally installed, we did have a few issues. We reported these to HA's service department, and someone reached out to us immediately and we had technicians scheduled to come out right away. The techs were courteous of our home and quickly fixed all issues. Its a great feeling knowing we have a competent team to turn to should things pop up again. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lenny and the rest of the Home Appliance team. Please consider them first over the likes of Best Buy and HD as you will get a much better experience at likely the same price or better. Thank you Home Appliance for everything! :) ~Rob

The sales representative misrepresented the hard drive size and the return policy for my new ps5. I was told it had a 1TB hard drive, its only 500GB. I was told I had 7 days to add the protection plan, that was a lie. How can a company let an employee sell a ps5 bundle WITHOUT knowing the hard drive size or return policy? This store needs to find better quality employees if GAMESTOP wants to save this location. ~J

I just had both springs replaced on my 2 single garage doors by All Seasons Door. I called this morning and they were able to come out this afternoon. Talk about quick and convenient service! Nick came out and was professional and courteous. He did a great job and I got both replaced with labor for much less than other places like Action Door and Residential Door who wanted @ $400. I can’t recommend All Seasons enough. Honest, fair prices, on time and called me when he was 20 min out to let me know when he would be here. Probably one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service like this. Nick took the time to show me how to properly maintain the doors using WD-40 or comparable twice per year. I would highly recommend All Seasons Door to anyone who is looking for garage doors or repairs, etc. ~Mary

We got scammed into a contract-like situation with a buy one get one deal. We paid in full for 2 phones, the balance of one of them still says unpaid and they claim "we're paying for it for you." We tried to leave and they want to charge us the balance of the phone which we paid for. ~Brian
