Was pleased with the customer service. The store manager took his time to explain everything to me. The Area Supervisor dropped in while I was there. I felt he was rude!

We got scammed into a contract-like situation with a buy one get one deal. We paid in full for 2 phones, the balance of one of them still says unpaid and they claim "we're paying for it for you." We tried to leave and they want to charge us the balance of the phone which we paid for.

Terrible service. Rude people. Liers. Been calling customer service all week they tell me I can get a FREE phone go into the the store and no free phone. Terrible I advice going to version rather than dealing with tmobile.

I spoke with Dave, the asst mgr. He was very helpful & knowledgeable about every question i threw his way. I ended up being at this store for a few hours. Got a new phone & transferred another line. I highly recommend this store.

I had a great experience here. Alyssa, the manager was amazing. She got all the details that I needed, told me about deals that I would benefit from that I didn’t know about, and she did so in a timely fashion. She was very easy to work with and got me in and out of the store with 2 new phones and an IPad before my lunch break was over. Definitely the best phone buying experience I have had, thanks to Alyssa!

Danielle is the rudest manager at this store. I feel horrible for the employees here I went in to upgrade my phone and spent 3 hours. I'm curious to know if she understands customer service? Who ever owns this store needs to have her take a customer service training. Or better yet fire her. All Danielle did was play on her phone. Never helped this girl. Nasty looks from her, eye rolling Please people go to another store. Where you will be treated like a person. Go to fairlawn, Strongsville they are Sprint company stores.

So first of all I don’t mean negativity against this particular store by any means... personally I did not have issues with any employees or the facility in general, just with sprint as a service provider. I have lived in both Brunswick and Parma during the time of my service with Sprint, I work in both Strongsville and North Olmsted, my family lives in Grafton, and my boyfriend lived in Medina, my best friend lives in Lakewood. I had consistently very poor and often times no reception at all aforementioned places. My call log was just my best friend(who also had sprint) and I constantly calling each other back sometimes 16+ times within a 30 minute car ride because we both constantly dropped the calls. I called once to inquire about how much it would cost me to end the contract early and after 30 minutes on the phone and speaking with multiple representatives they refused to give me that information. The follow up call asking why I left sprint was also rather annoying... I patiently answered their questions explaining I was paying $110+/ month to basically never have service and eventually when they would not let up on trying to tell me ”they just serviced the towers in my area for better coverage” I simply said I really appreciate the call but I am tied up and was going to have to let them go to which he replied “wait just one more thing before I let you go”.... this happened 4 times before I finally just hung up. Also they claim to be so much cheaper than Verizon or AT&T which is not tru because my new plan with AT&T is cheaper than my plan with sprint. Also they love to lock their phones so you can’t take them to other carriers.

Two days of patient, professional customer service and care recovering my data from old dying phone. These three, Alyssa, Ashley and Henry are a solid team! Such a nice surprise versus a few months ago when was in here! Happy to see that Danielle is no longer here. After 35 years as a flight attendant, dealing with a multitude of dissatisfied and angry people all over the world, it is refreshing to see this young crew diffuse irate customers and handle their (and my ) issues with aplomb. Bravo crew👍👍

I came into the store last week to upgrade my iphone. I would normally go to the Medina store because I live close to it but I was running errands so I decided to just come here. The staff was extremely kind and took what I said into consideration. They informed me that upgrading to the iphone 8 would actually drop my bill because of the price changes on all the iphones. The staff was also very kind and polite. The person helping me was somewhat new to the store but Nate, the head manager, stuck around to make sure everything was going well. Overall this is my new home store and I recommend this store over any others I have ever been to. Great staff, informational, and super easy to talk to. The time flew by and I can't wait to do more business with them.

Went in store to get phone upgrade. Sales Rep Taylor was very good explaining all the phones. My husband had his heart set on a phone and they did not have. Taylor proceeded to call other stores and manager. Manager comes in and says to him-So what did you need that couldn't wait. Taylor explains and manager says, no stores have that phone and assistant manager agreed. We called Montrose and they have them. Manager and assistant say "Well go there". So professional. Will never go into that store!!! Hope Taylor gets job at another store! Humiliate your employees in front of customers? Disgusting, rude and obnoxious!
