Never can get any useful help and the inventory is a joke. The lumber is high price and Iow quality. Alot of things I need you have to ordered and it maybe a return that was repackaged. Are you kidding me this is a poor way to do business.

Not enough help, and half the help they have is females walking around in skin tight pants and tops with clean tennis shoes that can't help you lift anything at all if they even wanted too what's the point of them being there.

Somehow I take going to Home Depot and walking the isles as a stress relief chore. Besides walking Best Buy, Home Depot is the next best thing. I just wish they actually had more team members working there to answer questions when we have them.

To say I dislike this store would be an understatement. I have had several bad experiences here. The most recent was this past week. We bought a new stove and rented an appliance dolly. A tip of advice is go to Uhual they rent it a lot cheaper. The only reason we went here was Uhual was out of dollys. We rented it and when we got it home to bring the stove in the house the dolly wouldn’t lock into place. Fortunately for me a man was walking by our house and offered to help. Needless to say he and I lifted the oven without the useless dolly and got it in the house. I then returned the dolly to the store. The employee was ride. When I told him it wouldn’t lock he said I could have improvised and used a screwdriver to lock it in place. I didn’t rent a tool to be McGyver. He then said I didn’t call within the first hour of renting the dolly. I own the same dolly at our home in another state but he then acted like I didn’t know how to use it. This infuriated me and I said look it’s fine if you don’t refund our money but I will never rent anything here again. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this store. Unfortunately the Steelyard location isn’t much better. It seems that Home Depot has lowered their employee standards of service in Cleveland.

This location is not secure, two things were stolen out of my vehicle just while walking into the store, within 10 minutes of being inside the store. This home depot doesn't have surveillance on its parking lot!

Have been spending a lot of time here recently getting the yard ready for summer. Went to buy lumber for a cute craft project and Anthony helped me out. Cut two 8ft posts for me and he was so nice - thanks for hiring a respectful young man!! Keep up the good work ethic Anthony!

Pretty disappointing experience. Went in with my husband last Wednesday the 23rd to buy a refrigerator. There was no one in that department and when my husband asked another worker for help she told us an employee should be in the center, when he told her we were just there and no one was present she threw her hands in the air and said “then I don’t know” without stopping her walk the entire time. My husband is very polite and kind and it really upset me to see him being treated like that when we were just trying to purchase a new fridge for our new home. We waited a little while longer and another customer came stating she had been waiting there as well without any help and rude responses from other workers when she left to get help in other areas. We ended up leaving without getting anything :( I would not recommend this Home Depot branch.

many of the employees at this location are quite knowledgeable however some simply know nothing or just don't try.. the selection of materials here is usually pretty good but some things tend to sell out pretty quickly (season specific) most common materials are readily available. just make sure if you have questions regarding something that requires thought that you ask someone with patches on their apron or most of the older people know pretty well the trades and they do have section (trade specific) heads (leaders/managers). if the employee is stocking something you should leave them be because they don't often know what they're stocking or might not be familiar with trades. overall it's one of the best home depot's of the general cleveland area.

They let me bring my dog and he loves it! I get most of my home goods from there and usually at a fair and comparable price. I love the home depot brands for household cleaners and such, I always save! Its always clean and theres always someone to help. I am there every summer almost every day for my garden and supplies. Pricing on flowers is awesome and at the end of the year you can score beautiful rosebushes and other plants at amazing prices. I also love going for holiday decor and yard decor as well. Online ordering is also super fast and easy!

Great location, clean, great customers service, however, the saws need to be fixed. I had a project that either saw could have taken care of, but both were down. Other then that everyone loves home depot.
