My favorite coffee shop! On the corner of Mayfield and Lee; These guys truly make you feel special when you enter the premise. Thanks to the Governor - Richard and the other staff. Great crew! Linsey, the manager, is perfect for this establishment. She personifies sunshine! She is a beautiful ball of energy. The sound of her voice is the perfect precursor to a double shot of Espresso! I'm not a huge coffee fan, but Rising Star has some great options all around. One of my favorites is ordering a chai latte with a scoop of cardamom bomb mix. The baristas are always friendly and efficient! Their outside patio is spacious and a perfect place to relax and sip on a drink with your dog! (Dog tax, this is one of my girls Daisy.) ~Xaidynx

They let me bring my dog and he loves it! I get most of my home goods from there and usually at a fair and comparable price. I love the home depot brands for household cleaners and such, I always save! Its always clean and theres always someone to help. I am there every summer almost every day for my garden and supplies. Pricing on flowers is awesome and at the end of the year you can score beautiful rosebushes and other plants at amazing prices. I also love going for holiday decor and yard decor as well. Online ordering is also super fast and easy! ~Maria

1940 Lee Rd Cleveland heights Ohio is the absolute worst branch location I've ever visit!!!! Every time I go there the worker's appear to over worked and stressed out!!! I went there today and one of the reps argued with me and other customer about the ATM service. He was very rude and all of them are super ghetto! As a company maybe you wanna consider retraining them. I hate this location! ~Char

I'm a regular shopper here during the planting season. They have a really good variety of plants and also very knowledgeable staff. They can answer any question you have! In the winter they sell coupons that they call bonds at a reduced price, that you can exchange at full price in the summer. It's a great value! ~Judith

I love CVS, but this one is by far the worst! First of all, it’s in a marginal neighborhood. I saw a guy just whipped it out and urinate right on the side walk. It’s not uncommon to see people hangout by the entrance panhandling. The parking lot is always full of trash. The store is poorly stocked. Then there’s the pharmacy, it’s horrible!! They’re always short staffed, often rude and look overwhelmed. The few polite pharmacy techs didn’t stay long. The pharmacy staff is a revolving door. It’s not uncommon to get an automated message that your drug is waiting for you only to be told when you show up that it’s on back ordered. The only reason I go to this one is it’s very close to where I live, but I’m done! The CVS on Wilson Mills across the street from Richmond Mall is much better on all levels. ~Alex
