Pharmacy never answers the phone. Always on hold for over 20 mins easily. Then you go up there and have to wait 2 hours. Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I definitely will be switching to another pharmacy and telling everyone I know do the same. There are better pharmacies with less headache. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I dropped 2 prescriptions off around noon on Friday. The pharmacist told me it would be ready by 2:30. It is now Sunday and its not ready. I called up there and was waiting for 30 min to speak to someone. Medicine is necessary for people. How is this ok? Close your doors if you can't provide professional & quality service!

I had an appointment at the pharmacy for the vaccine then when I got there the pharmacy was closed so I went back the next day and they told me to take a seat over in the corner. I walked over to the seats the two blue seats. The seats were the nastiest seats that I have ever seen in a business establishment they look like they were full of germs and body fluids. They were gross they are made of cloth and look like they have every virus known to man on them or in them.

I love CVS, but this one is by far the worst! First of all, it’s in a marginal neighborhood. I saw a guy just whipped it out and urinate right on the side walk. It’s not uncommon to see people hangout by the entrance panhandling. The parking lot is always full of trash. The store is poorly stocked. Then there’s the pharmacy, it’s horrible!! They’re always short staffed, often rude and look overwhelmed. The few polite pharmacy techs didn’t stay long. The pharmacy staff is a revolving door. It’s not uncommon to get an automated message that your drug is waiting for you only to be told when you show up that it’s on back ordered. The only reason I go to this one is it’s very close to where I live, but I’m done! The CVS on Wilson Mills across the street from Richmond Mall is much better on all levels.

Impressed with this pharmacy! Much faster than the one I usually use. Pharmacist Ankita Patel administered my vaccine today and was very personable and knowledgeable. Would absolutely come back.

I don’t often write reviews. But this place is honesty the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Nothing is ever filled when they say it is. Then you have to wait for hours while they fill it. Then come back and it’s not ready. They don’t answer the phone ever. I mean ever. Have waited on hold for hours. I love around the corner and it’s super convenient to go there but I’ll never go back. Last straw Was I asked them to contact my Doctor for a refill. They never did. The people that work there need to be retrained on what it means to work in the medical field. Their incompetence is borderline negligence. Hire better people and ensure they get proper training. Be better!
