I have asked the pharmacy several times to stop automatically refilling my prescriptions, they rarely answer their phones, and twice they have closed for emergencies in the last couple of months, once when I needed a prescription before a trip. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere but I am transferring my prescriptions to another CVS.

Between continually being sold-out of the same medications, to me literally standing there in person begging them to fill my prescription that they were supposed to have filled over 24 hours ago and being told "too bad. Unbelievably poor customer service. Literally needed to argue with the pharmacist after I had called and confirmed they would fill meds. All of that was after I went to pick up the same med 4 times continuously being told it was being delivered 'later that day'. In line others started screaming: they don't care, save your breath for someone who cares. Why does pharmacy have to be difficult? They underfilled and cannot even commit as to when they will have the meds. I can't wait until Amazon makes pharmacy easy. Terrible customer service. They just don't care about the customer.

I have to say the staff here are extremely rude. I had just walked out the store and noted en entire bottle of wine (just walked out with)was leaking. I immediately can back in with the dripping bottle and waited to get the attendants attention that I needed a different bottle. They ignored me and I had to get back in line. By the time I got to the counter the woman explained they cannot return alcohol. I said I just walked back in from the door and went in line. I understand it is the law that it cannot be returned; however, what I did not appreciate was the woman who checked me out saying she only had handed me one bottle of wine in a horrible tone ( I had purchased several bottles). The fact that the cashier was somehow blaming me when for this when I handed her all of my items to scan from the cart to avoid her lifting heavy items (I had purchased 3 12 packs of soda too) as well and keeping social distance due to COVID was unbelievable!

I give this rating because of the pharmacist and nothing else. I called and asked if my daughter’s whole prescription was ready (3 items for checking blood sugars). The women I spoke with said the were. When asked the total cost she said after insurance it was $1.66. I drove 45 minutes from where I was to get there and am then told at the counter that they don’t have one of the items in stock and the other two are going to be $114. I began to ask how it was that when I called I was told it was all ready and the cost was less than $2 and now I am being told something wildly different. The pharmacist came over and helped me with everything, found what I needed by directing to less expensive products that do the same thing, showed my daughter how to use the products and was generally a super helpful and friendly guy. Much appreciated!

When I presented my ID she didn’t even look at it, if she had looked at it she would have noticed I am 27 years old, she instead proceed to talk louder. And when I asked for more information on their policy it was as though I was asking a question that was inconvenient to her. I was asking for further clarification as I have never had any problems purchasing alcohol from this location before regardless of who I was in the store with. I also was purchasing other items and she was very rude when dealing with the payment of those items as well. I was shopping for myself and not the ones around me. It was very embarrassing seeing as how there was a long line of people behind me. She could’ve handle the situation better. Would recommend training employees on how to properly talk to customers.
