This is a nice, clean indoor rock climbing gym! It isn't the biggest gym I've seen but it has plenty of problems to try, both bouldering and top-rope. I believe there's also a small workout area but I haven't personally been. The membership plans honestly don't save you that much money over day passes unless you consistently go multiple times a week. Staff were a little bit standoffish and annoyed by newcomers but it wasn't a major issue. Shoe and harness rentals are easy if you need them, and they also have a small store with some gear if interested. Biggest issue: parking is SUPER limited and you'll likely need to street park in the surrounding neighborhood, which can be a little bit of a walk away during peak hours.

Such a fun climbing spot! The main wall seems to have anywhere from 40-70 routes at a time. The staff is friendly and the facility is kept clean. It's got a little bit for everyone, if you want top rope, bouldering, smaller walls for kiddos, etc.

I’ve been climbing here for a little over a year now. Incredibly welcoming community. I’m primarily a boulder climber, and the people at shaker rocks are always friendly and talkative. Great community climbing gym!

This is a 5 star establishment, a great variety of climbing in a clean environment. I really dont get some of these review bombs, I live in Pittsburgh and while there is a plethora of amazing bouldering specific gyms i would love to have a place with top ropes like Shaker Rocks. Dont take this spot for granted, Shaker Rocks.... rocks?

Very corporate take on a climbing gym. More warning signs than auto belay routes. Lead wall looks decent. Also, mask in 2022? Pro shop is good for area. Overall I don’t think it measures up to other gyms in the greater Cleveland area.

This place is super cool! They have a TON of walls, from beginner to advanced! There’s also boulders which are also super fun! They also don’t just have rock climbing, they have exercise equipment and other stuff! The people there are SUPER nice, and one of the guys working there even taught me how to tie a belay knot! I definitely recommend this place for some rock climbing fun.

The facility and staff itself is great. However, management is unresponsive and SR are not in fact dog friendly. It seems odd to ask to connect to the owner at a place that is supposedly community driven and have no response. Particularly disappointing after waking up early to help show support when Shaker Rocks was on the morning news (one of two people who did, despite asking members to show up for the news segment). Just a bummer really. My group has pretty much stopped going because I no longer corral them too. Given the unresponsiveness, we will probably look go join a different gym. Edit: it is very disappointing to finally have the owner reaching out after asking three times and being told that my review is incorrect, as management is responsive.

Such a great place, a bunch of all sorts of climbing; bouldering, belaying, top rope, and even a little gym with workout equipment! Staff is so helpful and friendly.

Overall a good gym, looks new as it has been open for just a couple of years, it packs lots of climbing options including speed climbing. I stopped by on a Sunday as I was visiting Cleveland. I would have given this gym a 5 star rating but customer service deterred me from doing so, they were polite however as a new visitor they did not show me around and did not tell me about the features in the gym so that I could take advantage of them. As a side note, on that day I bought a pair of scarpas instinct vcs, liquid chalk and a tshirt (just to climb on that day), I had left my equipment back home, the gym was going to be open for just only two more hours that afternoon and I had to pay full price for a daypass, other gyms in the US would have offered a reduced price for a 2 hour climb and some would have waived it all together for just buying the gear and being a first time visitor.
