This is my first time ordering flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers. I called and spoke with Georgine (sp?). She was very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. I had already decided to order the FTD "A Splendid Day Bouquet" for my sister. I told Georgine which day and time to deliver the flowers. They were delivered during the time frame I asked for. My sister said the flowers were gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I am very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers.

I walked in earlier trying to buy flowers and I was in there for five minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged so I decided to leave and the lady decided to come to the counter to approach a man who came in after I did. I didn’t not appreciate that at all.

Stopped in Friday to request a birthday arrangement for my mother. Was rudely turned away because they were way too busy making Mother’s Day arrangements for later that weekend. Went to Cottage of Flowers in Lakewood, who graciously helped me make an arrangement (and 3 other people behind me who asked for the same). Do yourself a favor and go to Cottage of Flowers, or someone else who appreciates your business and knows how to treat customers.

OMG, I received flowers from this florist a few days ago, they are by far the nicest flowers I have ever received! The lilies are so fragrant! It was an all white arrangement and it was stunning. I will keep this florist on my short list next time I need to send an arrangement, very impressed. Thank you AWF nice job!

Kathy worked with our family to find the right arrangements for our budget when I was emotional and not entirely easy to communicate with. The flowers were delivered on time and looked beautiful. A week or two later, I received some flowers as a gift through this shop that were vibrant and well-balanced.
