This is my first time ordering flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers. I called and spoke with Georgine (sp?). She was very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. I had already decided to order the FTD "A Splendid Day Bouquet" for my sister. I told Georgine which day and time to deliver the flowers. They were delivered during the time frame I asked for.
