Pieter Bouterse is absolutely Fabulous! Attention to detail in every way! We have had the pleasure of working with Pieter since 1993, he was our Wedding Planner/Designer 20 years ago today! From there he graciously planned to every fine detail my husbands Fiftieth Birthday Celebration, and most recent our daughters High School Graduation. What a difference new management makes. To make up for a prior poor experience (under the former management) that I reviewed, the new owner offered me a complimentary arrangement, including delivery. Little did he/she know how opportune the timing would be: My wife, two months after childbirth and a rough delivery, had just had to have emergency surgery to have her gall bladder removed. This was a woman in need of some cheer, and between caring for her and the baby, I didn't have the time to leave the house and get some flowers. I wasn't expecting more than a small bouquet or token offering, but WOW was I impressed by the large and beautiful arrangement that was delivered to our house. It looked and smelled great and, most importantly, brought a smile to my wife's face. I will certainly be going to this shop again the next time that I need flowers. ~Kirk

This is my first time ordering flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers. I called and spoke with Georgine (sp?). She was very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. I had already decided to order the FTD "A Splendid Day Bouquet" for my sister. I told Georgine which day and time to deliver the flowers. They were delivered during the time frame I asked for. The team at Molly Taylor & Co did such a fantastic job on flowers for our wedding! The flowers were beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. The original reception was cancelled due to COVID, but their team pivoted with us and altered our original floral plans to accommodate our smaller, more intimate wedding.
