5 Best gift shop in Cleveland, Ohio (OH) 2025

What a difference new management makes. To make up for a prior poor experience (under the former management) that I reviewed, the new owner offered me a complimentary arrangement, including delivery. Little did he/she know how opportune the timing would be: My wife, two months after childbirth and a rough delivery, had just had to have emergency surgery to have her gall bladder removed. This was a woman in need of some cheer, and between caring for her and the baby, I didn't have the time to leave the house and get some flowers. I wasn't expecting more than a small bouquet or token offering, but WOW was I impressed by the large and beautiful arrangement that was delivered to our house. It looked and smelled great and, most importantly, brought a smile to my wife's face. I will certainly be going to this shop again the next time that I need flowers. ~Kirk

This is my first time ordering flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers. I called and spoke with Georgine (sp?). She was very polite, helpful, efficient and professional. I had already decided to order the FTD "A Splendid Day Bouquet" for my sister. I told Georgine which day and time to deliver the flowers. They were delivered during the time frame I asked for. My sister said the flowers were gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I am very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the flowers from Al Wilhelmy Flowers. ~Maurine

While out of state I needed flowers delivered to her work with 3 separate cards from each of the 3 kids....12th st. florist comes through with a perfect delivery. Beautiful bouquet , beautiful cards , same day delivery. Very professional and reasonably priced. ~scott
