What a difference new management makes. To make up for a prior poor experience (under the former management) that I reviewed, the new owner offered me a complimentary arrangement, including delivery. Little did he/she know how opportune the timing would be: My wife, two months after childbirth and a rough delivery, had just had to have emergency surgery to have her gall bladder removed. This was a woman in need of some cheer, and between caring for her and the baby, I didn't have the time to leave the house and get some flowers. I wasn't expecting more than a small bouquet or token offering, but WOW was I impressed by the large and beautiful arrangement that was delivered to our house. It looked and smelled great and, most importantly, brought a smile to my wife's face. I will certainly be going to this shop again the next time that I need flowers.

I try multi-tasking, although never really successful at it. After completing lab work at Fairview Hospital, I needed to find a last minute, opened, stocked, flower shop that had decent arrangements for Mothers day, which, BTW, was the very next day. (I procrastinate as well... most likely why I fail at multi-tasking) I researched flower shops nearby, discovered Designs. This is a most wonderful family run flower shop, Mother/Daughter are an amazing, delightful, and genuine team! I am very impressed with the selection of bouquets (you can make your own too!). With their extremely reasonable prices and quality of service, my experience was highly refreshing. I informed them I'd like one of their advertised $14 Mother's Day bouquets, and requested it included daisy's and a few Lily's which are my Mother's favorites. My Mother was completely surprised as the sight and floral scents lit up her eyes in delight! She immediately searched for the perfect vase for her bouquet which she displayed proudly on the living room table. I highly recommend Designs by Floral Images in Westpark on Lorain. The business sits on the southwest corner, parking is conveniently available along the side of the building accessible from side street.

I'm so pleased with birthday arrangement for my daughter. I live in another state from my daughter and got a recommendation from my florist for Design by Floral Images. Very lovely design with a multitude of varied flowers 💐 Perfect 👌 😍 Delivered the same day too. Very reasonably priced.

My daughter has sent me flowers from Designs by Floral Images and they were beautiful. The flowers were very fresh and lasted quite awhile and they arranged them in a beautiful display. My daughter also sent a friend flowers from Designs and she raved about her bouquet, the colors, the long lasting flowers, the beautiful arrangement. This is now our family's 'go to' florist.

I could not be happier. The flowers arrived when I needed them and were absolutely stunning. Even nicer than I expected. Often when you order on line the pictures overstate the physical arrangement. In this case, the picture very much understated it! I would definitely go to them again.
