While out of state I needed flowers delivered to her work with 3 separate cards from each of the 3 kids....12th st. florist comes through with a perfect delivery. Beautiful bouquet , beautiful cards , same day delivery. Very professional and reasonably priced.

This florist saved the wedding day! Called last minute due to the wedding florist forgetting the boutonnière pins. They offered to supply the pins AND deliver them to the hotel where the bridal party is getting ready. So sweet! Great customer service from Kathy. Much appreciated!

I’m a military mom in Tennessee - my daughter is in the US Coast Guard, and she’s stationed downtown Cleveland. Today my daughter’s home sick. It’s almost Christmas...so, I Google ‘florists in Cleveland’ and find ‘12th street Florist.’ Good reviews so I telephone and leave a message. Not more than a few minutes later someone calls me back, we discuss my idea for flowers.... Later in the day I get a call from my Coastie daughter, “Mom, I can’t remember the last time I got flowers!!! They are so BEAUTIFUL!!” And she follows up with a text photo of the arrangement. 12th Street Flower Shop THANK YOU for making my daughter so happy and for making me feel like a good mom so far away at Christmas. The flowers are really beautiful and I’m very glad I chose your flower shop.

Very nice friendly people. The flowers are fresh and pretty. The staff took the time to arrange a beautiful bouquet and take all my suggestions in consideration - very accomodating, even allowed me into the walk-in fridge to look at the flowers available and choose what I liked. Moreover, they took the effort to put a little extra TLC into the arrangement. I walked into the shop to get a graduation bouquet and I was out in under 7 minutes. Service was so prompt, and yet very attentive. The florist thought to put water vials on the flower stems too. She listened as I was talking about my friend and her graduation and she took to my story to personalize the bouquet with little sweet touches. The price was great, some other places I've patroned could have charged $50... I paid under $20! Unbelievable. Caveat: a lot of the flowers on the floor were spoken for. If you're looking for variety and a large selection of blooms, I suggest you call ahead. I am pleased with what I was able to put in a bunch as a walk-in, but if your taste is selective and you are looking for something specific, I would suggest you call ahead. All in all, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience today!

I'm from out of state, and needed to order a bereavement plant arrangement for my relative at short notice. Kathy was professional, extremely helpful and sympathetic of my needs. She worked within my budget and created an arrangement that was simply beautiful. It was delivered the same day, my Aunt phoned me later that evening and was soooo appreciative....I felt that I was there giving her a hug. Thank you so much Kathy!!!! Great customer service, would give them business again in a heartbeat.

Feb 14, 2016. 9 PM. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and took the time to call in advance. I left her phone number so that you could contact her if you had any issues. No phone call and no delivery. For a florist, this is probably the most important day of the year and you fell through. I've given up being mad and to be quite honest I'm just really disappointed. There is one day you can't mess up for your clients and you managed to do so. I hope other clients weren't left with the same disappointing quality of service.

I ordered a Valentine's bouquet with an additional box of chocolates for the 13th of February. Not only did they not deliver it, I called twice late in the day asking for the status. First they said (4:30) it would be on the next stop. Then at 5:30 they said they were handing the flowers to her (absolute lie!) She normally only works till 4:45 so she happened to be working late but she never got the flowers! They were all confused when I called, wrong name, etc. Never offered to waive the delivery fee or any other customer friendly incentive. Half the fun is getting the flowers during the day to admire them. The lying is even worse! BTW, the delivery was six blocks from their store in Downtown Cleveland! So much for supporting a local business. Will never use them again.
