my friend from Massachusetts used the TelaFloral network to surprise me with flowers, chocolates & a balloon for my son. Success! the arrangement is absolutely gorgeous & my son loves the balloon. only bummer is that upon arrival all the roses had already started to wilt (or maybe they were kept too cold?) on the outer petals. Edward at Orbans was extremely empathetic and wonderful to work with, I live in Texas and wanted a unique arrangement to honor a father of seven and this spray displayed a photo of the deceased and his children. It was beautiful and my friend and her family loved how it turned out! I’m grateful for the caring way it was put together!

A mess. I would never order from these people again. They sent what I ordered to another florist without confirming with me, that florist delivered the wrong bouquet, they refused to make it right by issuing a partial refund for what would be the fair amount, and on top of it all that Orban’s refuses to tell me the name of the other florist so we can work out this scenario with them. I don’t believe they had bad intentions initially but unfortunately the amount of secrecy and disastrous communication gives them zero stars.

Orban's has been my Go To Florist since 1971 even though I lived Out-of- State 43 of those 49 years!!! How's That for retaining customer loyalty!! Looking forward to continuing to enjoy Orban's service for 50 years and beyond!!

I am soo disappointed of the service of this florist. I ordered a bouquet for my grandma bday from another country. Maybe they think that I will never see it, but they are wrong. Expectation/reality. Instead of another flower, they put cheaper chamomiles and furthermore they didn’t make a bouquet in one colour gamut.
