Went there I wanted to port 4 lines from ATT and possibly purchase two phones, it was locked and security had to unlock it and tell me ratio to the people is 1:1 and there was two people inside with each rep there was one. I wanted to browse and check out the plans but they wouldn’t even let me in, so I just left I’m not waiting outside in the car or in the heat. Not sure what ratio of 1:1 means or why that is even happening, everyone is at full capacity, everything is open and it’s just rude to post hours you are open and not let costumers in to just look around and browse. I will either go to another location or stay with ATT if that’s how their company policy is

Slow service!! They are only letting one customer in per sales person. We have been waiting outside for half an hour in August heat. The store will close in 45 minutes and I’m betting they’ll just send us away.

They helped me set up my account pin and quickly fixed the issue with my galaxy watch 4 that I have struggled with for months. Unfortunately, they were not able to repair my phone in-store but they provided me with the information that I need to have the phone repaired. I wasn't there to buy anything but the product that they had on the shelves was massive and really had everything you could want from them, cell phones and tablets and wearables (for kids and adults) but they also stock headphones and earbuds and speakers as well as a large selection of screen protectors and protective cases and several shelves of power accessories like chargers and power banks. I was very happy with the service that I received and will definitely return as opposed to online customer service in the future

So I got the email that my order was ready for pickup, yet when I get to the store to pick up my order the app said it was closed. The store was open and had 4 reps doing nothing. No one acknowledged I was in the pick up curbside order parking spot. I waited 5 minutes and still had to go in the store to get my orders. Do better!!! Get employees that acknowledge curbside order pickups.

The only Verizon store I trust around the Memphis area. Marc is Fantastic a and knows his stuff. He has been there 17years. If you find yourself in needing to go to a Verizon store ONLY go to a Corporate store and this is one.

Had a problem with my s22 and they really worked hard to resolve . It's a tuff problem of nit getting text messages on my phone but Raffeal and Nick finally got verizon to fix there net work. I was there 3.5 hrs but these guys really made an effort and I appreciate it. Thanks Guys

No greeting upon entry. When asked if I could get some help when she had time, I was told, "Yea, we see you." Once waited on, the employee went over my question hastily with minimal explanation. Overall unpleasant experience.

The customer representatives did not help whatsoever instead, they were very persistent on having you leave the store. Even the security became impatient with a few customers. Highly do not recommend

All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly when we walked into this store. Kat is great!!!! She was very knowledgeable about the different devices and helped us make the best choices for us on our apple watches and new iPhone purchase. We had a slight issue getting a different line transferred to our account from another provider. She made sure to keep in contact with us and help us with the process to make sure the new phone on our account worked perfectly.
