first time here, i have no complaints. everyone was nice, food came out in seconds…literally! i got a mocha mocha and surprisingly i didn’t ask for sugar because i don’t like a dark mocha. i’ll be back for more drinks, i don’t like frozen coffee drinks but i’ll try them from here. sorry for the half eaten bagel sandwich, i forgot to take the picture before i started. i tried it with cream cheese. i will be coming back to this location ~MarLesia

Overall a good gym, looks new as it has been open for just a couple of years, it packs lots of climbing options including speed climbing. I stopped by on a Sunday as I was visiting Cleveland. I would have given this gym a 5 star rating but customer service deterred me from doing so, they were polite however as a new visitor they did not show me around and did not tell me about the features in the gym so that I could take advantage of them. As a side note, on that day I bought a pair of scarpas instinct vcs, liquid chalk and a tshirt (just to climb on that day), I had left my equipment back home, the gym was going to be open for just only two more hours that afternoon and I had to pay full price for a daypass, other gyms in the US would have offered a reduced price for a 2 hour climb and some would have waived it all together for just buying the gear and being a first time visitor. ~Jorge

STUMP is awesome! The employees are super knowledgeable and even have a specific section for pet-safe plants. They went above and beyond and helped my partner and I repot our plants, taking care to use the correct soil for each one (with a purchase of their pots of course). We could not be more happy with how our plants are looking now! ~Jack

I will never shop at a CVS ever again because of this location. I used to work at this location many years ago so I know how CVS and pharmacies operate. Between continually being sold-out of the same medications, to me literally standing there in person begging them to fill my prescription that they were supposed to have filled over 24 hours ago and being told "too bad. I have a thousand customers ahead of you. MAYBE it'll be done tomorrow." (I was the only customer there mind you), to too many other issues, I'm done with this company. Unethical, harmful, and dangerous. Never using this company again. ~Jon

Shady people working that drive through pharmacy. Paid hundreds more for my meds because the silly clerk did not offer me the generic form. I get home open my meds only to see my doctor said on each prescription may substitute for generic. If I'm asking for a discount then this silly clerk should have stated we have the generic form for less. I called another Walgreens asked how much the generic form was and I could have saved $200.00.. Thankfully I am getting reimbursed for my meds . I guess if you driving a new vehicle they feel you don't want a generic brand. They shady. ~Van

My husband and I randomly found Van Aken market en route to Michigan. We're big fans of Shinola to begin with, but would always make our purchases at one of the local Detroit stores. We were so impressed with this location - the store is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked always. We've since made it a go to stop every time we travel to Michigan. Marci and Michael, two of the stores managers, are the best of the best. Countless times they've gone out of their way to have our merchandise monogrammed, shipped to us, and simply have ensured we're always taken care of. They've even gone out of their way to help us with local recommendations, etc. Marci and Michael are true professionals - huge shout out to them both for treating every customer like a VIP no matter how big or small their purchase. ~Amanda

Prices are fairly high compared to other stores in the area, and selections are very limited. A lot of the produce is already separated and bagged in portions so you can't control how much you get. Meat selection is also very expensive and very limited. They have a decent selection of various packaged foods (like a really good Granola/bar/healthy snack section) and the store is clean and inviting, with friendly staff. No self checkout is a bummer, and I don't like how you can't take the grocery carts to your car. You either carry it all to your car by hand or you have to leave your cart with a worker and then pull up to the curb and load that way. ~Ryan
