They have a great selection of organic and speciality foods. The employees are very helpful. It's easy to reach from either the RTA blue line or route 14.

Quality, that's the name of the game here. Is it more expensive? Somewhat, but like I said quality is what's up at Heinin's. Fruit and produce is Always fresh, and great deli dept.

Great products and produce but "house" bacon is pretty awful and $8 for guacamole is pretty extreme. If you don't mind paying $100 for 5-6 items, I highly recommended, the selection of cheese, meat and produce is great.

Store is great, prices are above average and the checkout lines are always way too long. If check out was normal we’d go more often but it’s not worth the 30-45 minutes every time

The people that bag the groceries need training. They don’t separate glass items. They put raw meat packages with with fresh fruits and veggies. My latest experience the bagger dropped the bag of loose potatoes. I hand selected each one. He did not even offer an apology. He saw my disappointment. But he looked at me as if it were my fault. When I complained the cashier just said “I took it off your bill”. Service really sucks at this store. Most things are at a higher price than other stores but you used to get good service in return. I guess you don’t get that anymore.

Prices are fairly high compared to other stores in the area, and selections are very limited. A lot of the produce is already separated and bagged in portions so you can't control how much you get. Meat selection is also very expensive and very limited. They have a decent selection of various packaged foods (like a really good Granola/bar/healthy snack section) and the store is clean and inviting, with friendly staff. No self checkout is a bummer, and I don't like how you can't take the grocery carts to your car. You either carry it all to your car by hand or you have to leave your cart with a worker and then pull up to the curb and load that way.

This place used to be good but has gone downhill over the years. It's overpriced and there are very rude and downright hateful people that work there. This is the only grocery store where I've had multiple RACIST encounters.

The manager is awesome in the seafood department.. the other seafood employees all act like they would rather not be there.. 🤷🏾♀️ very rude! Great selection of seafood. I get my lunch desserts or seafood from here.

I simply love shopping at 𝐇𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐬 Shaker location. They provide fresh produce daily, the foods available in the deli are usually a delicious assortment of dishes, and the groceries are always conveniently stocked. I also shop for flowers for those special holidays. What a great market!
