The cashier was friendly. Upbeat staff and customers. Clean Cafe. The actual service was terrible. It felt like an assembly line factory and not a coffee shop. The coffee was fresh, however but underwhelming. Once the so called barista did serve the coffee up it, she mumbled the order, and I had to clean the spilled coffee from around the cup. I couldn't say anything because it was a fast food assembly line! And what type of was did I drink, was it roasted? French? Colombian? Sumatra? Arabica? It wasn't actually listed. There were multiple cold coffee options. Maybe insert the word cold between Biggby and coffee. My prediction is that Peets, Caribou is waiting for them in the coffee abyss.

first time here, i have no complaints. everyone was nice, food came out in seconds…literally! i got a mocha mocha and surprisingly i didn’t ask for sugar because i don’t like a dark mocha. i’ll be back for more drinks, i don’t like frozen coffee drinks but i’ll try them from here. sorry for the half eaten bagel sandwich, i forgot to take the picture before i started. i tried it with cream cheese. i will be coming back to this location

This is the best bigby around I don’t prefer the shaker location or Bedford. Fair mount location is superior. The two boys are always so kind and give exceptional service. The owners seem very strict.

My absolute favorite coffee spot in North East Ohio. They’re always extremely friendly and the coffee is to die for obsessed with the black forest latte. ❤️ Beautiful haze is also great.

That was my first time there. It's a very nice quaint Cafe. They were very friendly and gave good recommendations for their coffees and lattes. I would go back.

I've been home visiting for a week now and this has been my go-to study spot. The bragels are great! The coffee and lattes are amazing! And the people who work there are so warm, inviting, and friendly! I definitely recommend!

First time going here today and it was clean on the inside, very cozy. Only complaint that I have is I asked for room left to add creamer and sugar assuming the items would be self added. The girl who filled it up, had it overflowing pretty much and then I was told they add the creamer and sugar themselves due to covid.. which I totally get. But what I didn't understand is after informing me of this... the lady gave me a stirrer without wearing gloves. ...

I loved everything thing that I ordered yesterday. The asaigo cheese bagel was perfectly toasted and delicious 🤤. I also ordered macaroons because I never had them before and I fell in love, my favorite is the raspberry and vanilla. I work at Starbucks and I rarely drink coffee I didn't make but I enjoyed both my caramel cold brew and the lissa Lucisious white chocolate + raspberry . Might order again today.
