I tried to use my coupon from my extra bucks on mouthwash. When I went to pay the store manager was so nasty about ringing me out at the register. I only come here for my sons medications, no way am I ever going to buy something from the store. Garbage customer service. Obviously that’s why they have one star.

As a pharmacy, it gets 1 out of 5 stars. As others have stated, the pharmacy staff will treat you like a burden, they won’t run your insurance coverage correctly resulting in needlessly paying high amounts out of pocket (I learned this after switching pharmacies), take several days to fill basic and in-stock medications, and rarely (if ever) answer phones. If you’re short staffed or are bogged down from starting covid tests and vaccines, at least tell people up front you can’t fill their meds for several days so customers can go elsewhere rather than waste their time. As a convenience store, it’s much better managed - they have a nice assortment of items and get you checked out quickly with friendly staff at the front registers. They desperately need better management back in the pharmacy.

I just want to thank the 2 store employees who helped me in a great way and I'm very appreciative. I am pregnant and of course with pregnancy different things happen to your body so I was there to get vitamin B6, laxative packets to put in my bottled water, and a feminine product. Both the vitamins and laxatives were buy 1, get 50% off and I didn't realize it until the cashier let me know. So I went back to get some more of the laxatives but I took the last box so because they didn't have any more the manager gave me a ranchers so I can return and still get the 50% off for the laxatives when it's back in stock AND I also received 25% off the one I was buying. With that and my 10.00 from my care pass (which is totally worth the 5.00 a month) I saved almost 20.00 from my whole purchase. So thank you both for your help. It truly made this snowy day a little better😘

Do not go here for pharmacy!! Female pharmacist is down right nasty and incompetent! Horrible disposition! Doesn’t want to work! Refused to phone sister pharmacy to see if my prescription was at that location and told my husband to do it himself!! She claimed she couldn’t do it even though her male coworker had previously done it on another visit! Refused to check electronic records from my doctor! And when I asked to speak with her she had the worst attitude! Smh just gone ahead and quit because customer service is not your field ma’am !!! 00000 stars given just horrible

I give this place 0 stars because the wait time is ridiculous and customer service is horrible. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or the drive thru you will still experience a long wait time. I called to check the status of my kid prescription they told me it would be a hour I waited 2 hours before I went to pick of the prescription and I got there it still wasn’t ready the pharmacist act like she had an attitude about it and told me had to wait another 15 to 20 mins I don’t know who runs the place but its very unprofessional

Horrible place. Refill my prescription automatic. Coming in a few days. Not ready. The pharmacist is starting preparing them. I use this pharmacy for 17 years. It was the best, when the old professional pharmacists were working there. I was tired of it. I change it to an other CVS MAYFIELD VILLAGE. SO NICE. So nice and professional.

Staffing is totally incompetent and/or totally understaffed (which would be the fault of CVS corporate).I had an appointment and got my covid test there on Friday 10/16. Waited in line for 3 hours for the test and there were only 7 cars in front of me from the start!! It is now 10/21 and I still have no results. My cousin and my sister were both tested on the same day at different CVS locations, both were through in less than an hour and both had their results by Sunday morning 10/18!! To make matters worse, when I call all I get is a recording--impossible to get a live person. So I tried calling the pharmacy line 3X in 2 days and held on for 15-20 minutes each time and no one ever answered the phone!!! Finally I tried the main store 2X and asked for the store manager only to be put on hold for another 20 minutes without an answer. This has got to be one of the worst run CVS stores in this state.

Pharmacist (not their usual one) was hostile, offensive and negligent. I have been a customer for over 30 years, but not after this past week’s experience. They made 2 mistakes, forgot to include one med (after my 2nd hour long wait in line). Refuses to answer the phone and then closed the window at 5:40pm as I pulled up to it after waiting in line for an hour. I know that everyone is busy and we all need to be patient, but this was negligence.

I called the pharmacy and automatically put on hold for 20 minutes (no one answered). I then called the store and asked for the store manager and was put on hold for 10 minutes. This is not a new experience and this store apparently has a history of bad customer service according to previous reviews. I called CVS's 1-800 customer service line, and it was also a bad experience. This store and CVS as a whole do not deserve even one star.
