Unfortunately, I have been a professional Pharmacy customer for well over 35 years. From Cleveland, Ohio, Ft. Dix, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia and Sumter, South Carolina. I have built rewarding interpersonal relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs as well. This staff is THEE BEST EVER. JAZMINE - was kind enough to assist me in filling out my Pfizer vaccine paperwork because I left my reading glasses at home. She is consistently nice and accommodating every time I call with new insurance cards or a prescription inquiry. I train & hire call center agents as a career - so I must applaud great customer service when I experience it. Christy - the Pharmacist was great and equally accommodating - I’m glad I live a couple of miles away. KUDOS😀 pay raises & promotions for EVERYONE!!

I've been reading reviews and I would have given 5 stars 2 years ago to this location. I loved picking up my husband's prescriptions. Now I hate going there. I think they added negative comments about me on his account because I called them out for shorting him 30 pills. The pharmacist is rude the techs are rude and I caught the pharmacist in a lie. The sad part is I am looking for a different one to go to and I am having a hard time finding one that people review well. I wonder where the pharmacist from 2 years ago went. I may have to find a whole new pharmacy.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy unit! They make you feel as if you are a burden when you simply ask questions and request for your medication, in addition to displaying rude and poor communication skills. If you hate socializing and contributing to customer service, DO NOT WORK! Perform in stock or become a dishwasher, so you do not have to associate with people. It's that simple. In conclusion, I miss the old team! They were pleasant and passionate in their job. They illustrated TRUE and GENUINE customer service!

The two employees working the pharmacy on 9/14/2021 were amazing. Pacing to handle the barrage of phone calls, walk ins, drive through cars, Vaccine appointments and they maintained a positive attitude throughout. Thank you and God bless!

Some staff members had a very rude attitude as if they want to ignore you or be mad at you for asking something. They were reluctant to give you an answer to a simple question. I regretted to be there. I just hope I never have to go to that store ever again. It is not like other Walgreens locations.

So I called up there on 4-7-2020 to ask if they still had Lysol in stock because the website said they did. The lady was really rude and snippy. She was like “you just had someone else call from this same number and I told you we don’t have it.” Well that’s weird because I called from my cellphone and it was the first time I called and I tried to nicely explain that to her and she wasn’t listening. It’s not my fault your guys caller ID is messed up. I get it times are rough right now with the unknown but you still need to keep your customer service skills. A lot of people are looking for the same thing. I myself work in customer service and would never talk to a customer they way she did. So unprofessional and rude.

This is the absolute BEST BEST Pharmacy Staff I have ever felt with!!! Honestly I can’t think of one negative thing to say about them!!! The service and attention my family and I receive from the staff sets the bar and other pharmacies should follow suite

Very unpleasant interaction with the pharmacy. I am on an expensive Diabetic medication that I've been filling there for the past 5 months for a discounted price. All of a sudden on this sixth prescription the pharmacists tells me that the copay has increased due to not being a mail order. Then I was told the price of the medicine increased. I called my pharmacy benefits office to verify any changes and nothing has changed from last month. Medicine is still the SAME price and copay should be what it always has been. So now, I am questioning the knowledge of the pharmacy staff. The prescription was originally written for an 84 day supply, Walgreens changed the script to 30 days saying they could not fill it for 84 days when in essence they shouldn't have changed it and it should have been for 28 days! So now here I am without my meds, feeling really anxious because I don't have my medicine plus I cannot afford the copay. There has been an error made but no one wants to take responsibility. I've covered all the bases on my end but the pharmacy gives me the "oh sorry, I know we've filled it this way before....but we cannot help you". I am so irritated with Walgreens and I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another drug store as they do not care about customers/patients!
