As a pharmacy, it gets 1 out of 5 stars. As others have stated, the pharmacy staff will treat you like a burden, they won’t run your insurance coverage correctly resulting in needlessly paying high amounts out of pocket (I learned this after switching pharmacies), take several days to fill basic and in-stock medications, and rarely (if ever) answer phones. If you’re short staffed or are bogged down from starting covid tests and vaccines, at least tell people up front you can’t fill their meds for several days so customers can go elsewhere rather than waste their time. As a convenience store, it’s much better managed - they have a nice assortment of items and get you checked out quickly with friendly staff at the front registers. They desperately need better management back in the pharmacy. ~Nicole

Unfortunately, I have been a professional Pharmacy customer for well over 35 years. From Cleveland, Ohio, Ft. Dix, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia and Sumter, South Carolina. I have built rewarding interpersonal relationships with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs as well. This staff is THEE BEST EVER. JAZMINE - was kind enough to assist me in filling out my Pfizer vaccine paperwork because I left my reading glasses at home. She is consistently nice and accommodating every time I call with new insurance cards or a prescription inquiry. I train & hire call center agents as a career - so I must applaud great customer service when I experience it. Christy - the Pharmacist was great and equally accommodating - I’m glad I live a couple of miles away. KUDOS😀 pay raises & promotions for EVERYONE!! ~LaVance

Planet fitness what a great and affordable gym. Todays visit was pretty good enjoyed the different machines they offer compared to my usual gym. After touching a lot of equipment I was trying to use the hand sanitizer but there was almost none in any of the dispensers. ~Lyndon

Store was really messy. Sign on entrance door said closing at 2 due to staffing issue. Also, alot of aisles were blocked with boxes of merchandise that were not being put away. It's a shame - the store used to be alot cleaner and well stocked. ~Sandi

Very nice clean store. Employees are very polite and helpful unlike the store in Cleveland Heights. The deli is top notch. The prepared food looked and tasted amazing. I tried the fried chicken and perch with jo jo potatoes. Shelves were well stocked. I like the fact there there are not a lot of Employees stocking shelves as I shopped. I will go again ~Sharon
