The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Thank you and muita obgridada a meu amiga nova, who even practiced Portuguese with me! ❤️❤️

Here is an UPDATE (as of 5/14/21) to my below 2020 review: The Bardonia Post Office team is OUTSTANDING. This branch is better than any branch in the county or state hands down. Anna is a SuperStar, and Bindu and Shantal are All-Stars as well. The U.S Postal Service is lucky to have them as representatives. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and PATIENT. They are dedicated and committed to helping people and take the time to know their customers; and always have a "Can Do" attitude. In fact, customers come from across the county to the Bardonia post office for their postal needs just because of these women. Anna and the other post office workers are SUPER stars. Since the post office got rid of the former, lazier than sin, terrible employees the new crew is second to none. Simply excellent!!! No other post office comes close to their politeness, professionalism, knowledge, and customer care than this post office.

I send a large amount of international packages each week and the only employee I trust to handle them is Ana from the Bardonia location. It’s not even my local post office, but I’ll go out of my way for such great service!

Service has improved immensely! Previously had given a 1 star review but service has gotten so much better I had to revise to 5 stars. Drop packages off weekly and Postal workers are friendly and professional.

One of the most friendly USPS locations in Rockland County. Professional, courteous, and I have witnessed absolute patience with all consumers. They work hard to move it along...it is a small office, they do a very good job.

They're great people. I have been shipping here for almost a year and I can personally say they have never complained once even when I brought in 100+ packages that they have to scan in. They do they're job and don't complain and happen to be very nice. Don't trust those other 1 stars, they most likely just had one bad experience.
