Cliff at this store is AMAZING! He took his time to explain all the features of several different refrigerators and I was able to settle on the perfect one for my new kitchen. I did so over several visits and each time his patience and knowledge was key in helping me choose what I wanted. I would recommend seeing Cliff for all of your appliance needs. IMPORTANT: Do not purchase anything in store without checking the price on staples.com first!!! They price match with their online store. Everything in the physical stores has a ~15% markup!!! My review: Purchased a same-day-order for a custom card around 9am. I walked in around 3:30pm as I hadn’t gotten any confirmations to my email. Employee looked up my name and said it’s in progress. I asked where it was made and he said ‘here’ alluding to the fact that he was likely the one going to make it. The store is empty, nothing going on and tells me the order will be ready at 7:30pm and that they close the doors at 8pm. Not the greatest customer experience but also not the worst. ~ooopooo

The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! Great store. You can always find exceptional deals. It's always a great experience when i make the trek out there. One day I'll find amazing cycling shoes, i know it! On the standard stuff though, it's always worth comparing to Amazon. You can probably find similar, highly rated items for a little cheaper on Amazon. ~Aaron

Since the store opened in September 2017, it's still pretty nice and new looking. But it is smaller than I thought, so there isn't as wide a variety of stuff as I expected. Still though, they do have a lot of great clothes for a good bargain, just like any TJ Maxx. They have a nice active wear section. There are many shoes, but they have a few cute ones if you can find your size. And the fitting rooms are nice, bright, and spacious. I had a good time trying on all my clothes. ~Tahinah
