I have an iPad Air 4th gen that is less than a year old. It is under warranty with apple. It began to not hold a charge and finally would not turn on at all. Best buy is an authorized apple dealer. I brought the iPad in for a warranty repair, I made an appointment a week prior. The service tech from geek squad did not even try to turn the iPad on or check anything. He said it was damaged by the owner (me) and that voids warranty. He then told me I’d be better off getting a new one. It was the poorest customer service I’ve ever received. I drove to the Verizon in Salem where I bought the IPad and the sales tech there made one call and said I would receive a brand new one in 3 days. He said the way Best Buy handled it was not apple protocol and it was a software issue. No water damage and no physical damage. I will never return to this Best Buy again.

The Geek squad are idiots. After speaking to someone about my Samsung watch issue (first thing in morning, no appointments on the board) , they made me make a mid-afternoon appointment just to tell me without the extended coverage they won't even work on them. Information they could have just told me in the morning. Waste of time idiots. Sorry if this reflects badly on Best Buy the store, but they are your idiots!

Great sale on an item we needed. First guy not very helpful and disappeared. Second guy was great and we purchased an additional item. Husband in wheelchair and location was very accessible.

Robert back in the appliance area is AMAZING!! He took the time to educate us on the different models of dishwasher, and was so genuinely nice the whole time. Could not appreciate his input more. He also offered to do some research for us on the stove that we need to buy next. Super appreciated his time and advice. Ask for him if you go here!

Once again, went in to make a significant purchase. Walked perimeter of store twice to find assistance without luck. After waiting in area for awhile, left disappointed. Advised greeter and was told she'd pass word to manager. No offer to get assistance . Sad to say not the first time this has happened here. Will not be back.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE More of a review of Best Buy in general, not this specific location. My fiance and I moved recently and needed to purchase 4 appliances (stove, fridge, washer, and dryer). We purchased them on labor day to get the sales to be delivered the day after we moved in. On delivery day, there was nothing but problems. They almost didn't hook up my stove, but ended up able to do it. They didn't inform me ahead of time that they didn't have the fridge (we had no old fridge in the house). They would not hook up the washer or dryer due to signs of corrosion on the pipes and informed me that since they couldn't hook them up, they would be left in my garage. After this, I had 4 appointments set with them to get the appliances at least in my house. The first time they rescheduled. The second time they denied I ever had an appointment (I have the confirmation email for that day). The third day they showed up at the wrong house. The fourth day we finally got them in the house. We had to cancel the refrigerator purchase and order elsewhere, costing us significantly more money since we were no longer able to get the labor day sale. Through all of these struggles and countless additional phone calls, I had 2 nice customer service workers and the rest were unpleasant and unhelpful. I'm very disappointed with the service overall and will no longer be shopping with this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a stove and it was missing items-it was an open box but it WAS NOT marked with a stickers saying so. We go back to the store-because 2 salespersons told us if we had issues yo come back-to see if maybe they have the 2 items that were missing. Well big mistake on our part because Jody had the worst attitude and had no idea what customer service means. Needless to say that after she repeatedly called my husband and I liars, we left the store and will never step foot into the Boardman, Ohio store again. I'll pay to replace the items before I go back there.

Not one person asked If I needed any help which is Best Buys big thing. Every time I've been here I get something only to get to the register to find out it's way way more than what the tag says because nothings in the correct place apparently.

Went to have a car radio (that I bought elsewhere) installed. My first visit was to get all of the additional parts that I needed to make it work the way I expected it to work. We then scheduled an appointment for the installation date. I showed up for the installation and they were waiting for us and had my information ready to go. The install took just as long as they had advised and then they walked us through using the new radio and made sure everything worked correctly. Very good experience and would use them again.

Upon entering the store I was greeted and directed to where I wanted to go. Door greeter also he'd send someone over to help me. Well fortunately I did find exactly what I wanted but no one came to help. At the check out I mentioned this to the sales associate and he did apologize also saying they were very short staffed. I'm really not complaining cause everyone was friendly the store is clean and I found what I wanted . Well be back.
