They dont care about healthcare they just want insurance money for the equipment they sell and if you offer to pay cash in full on a one time purchase of something you need thats no good either. They then claim things that can be bought off amazon without a prescription will need one to buy through them so they can "setup an account" i was told on something that doesnt require a precription nor is even medications its to help someone get around. The Dr was even confused and had to call to ask why and just sent him to a different department. There is a reason they have 2 stars and I should have looked elsewhere. Stick to working in "sales" and not join the healthcare field sarah......

Over billing of CPAP equipment by 200-300% to insurance and then expect me to pay the difference. I understand a company making profit but getting their profit from the insurance and then charging the customer to finish paying, what a rip-off. If you're buying CPAP equipment, shop around: You'll find it cheaper online with insurance covering it.

I returned my husband's equipment since we were told insurance would not cover it. Thankfully, I insisted on getting a receipt and we have provided this information to them on multiple occasions. Yet we continue to receive collection letters with threats of further collection activity (most recently a notice dated July 28, 2021). Appalling and fraudulent billing practices. UPDATE: Still getting bills for returned equipment as of June 6, 2022.

Excellent company, in a time when it is very difficult to get good customer service Lincare has been wonderful. My concentrator was not working properly today. Lincare answered there phones promptly and sent Sam to the rescue. Sam is a new employee with Lincare and he was awesome making sure I had all of the supplies I needed along with excellent instructions. Thank you Sam! You are the best :)

They dropped my mom's coverage in the middle of the pandemic, when I was trying to keep her from having to go to a doctor's office unless it was an emergency. Their equipment is still at the house,, which they could pick up at anytime. Someone is always at the house. So now I will be forced to drive it to their location,, which is a half hour away, and only open during the times that I work. Then I'm sure that they will be attempting to charge us for the time that they are claiming that she wasn't covered. Her doctor retired during Covid, and the new doctor they assigned her didn't even know how to perform an oxygen test. We have since gotten a new doctor. But since my mom who suffers from dementia won't keep the equipment on for their sleep study,, they've decided that she won't keep oxygen on and there for doesn't need it. I swear these people are just practicing medicine,, and I'm tired of them practicing on my mom.

This company could kill a person and not bat an eye lash. Very disorganized. The two times I have placed an oxygen refill order, the orders were lost. I explained the patient is on 24/7 oxygen and he has extremely important appointments this week and Needs the oxygen. I explained the severity to the representative that helped me with the initial order. Fast forward to not receiving Oxygen, I called and I spoke to head customer service representatives, she was Dissmisive, cold and uncaring, and hung up on me after requesting to have supervisor call me. She kept using the excuse that they have thousands of other customers. The typical overworked barista has more compassion then these people.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even when trying to explain their error (a very obvious one), they were dismissive. I felt like the person on the phone, who was at the local office, not the 1-800 number, was actually enjoying not helping. What a shame that a company who's purpose is to care for people with an illness, cannot show enough compassion to listen, or even attempt to help.

Absolutely would not recommend. I was referred to their office for critical medical equipment. Well over a month went by, and I never heard from them. I called multiple, multiple times. On the rare occasion that I actually reached someone in their office on the phone, they refused to explain what the hold up was, never took notes on the calls (there was literally no record of me calling over and over again!), and were downright rude and didn't seem to mind that I wasn't getting called back. Each person kept telling me they would call me back -- which, as you can imagine, never happened. I am switching my referral elsewhere -- I don't want to have to deal with this unprofessional office over and over again for medical equipment.

I have to admit.....I read the reviews and was like uh oh. So many unhappy customers saying the same thing. Was this about to be added trouble on top of the long journey I'd already been through??!! But it was too late as my Dr's office had already submitted my RX. Luckily, my experience couldn't be further from that fear. Not only was every person...from the person who answers the phones to the person that handled my paperwork to the fab and funny person who dropped off and explained my equipment ...incredibly kind and compassionate, but I received my equipment THE SAME DAY!!! Floored by Lincare's responsiveness, professionalism and bedside manner. What a great start. Let's hope it sticks <3

I have been using Lincare for almost a year and have NO problems with the customer service. I called for an equipment exchange for unit that quit working and they we're on my porch 2 hours later with new equipment. The representative was pleasant, informative, and polite.
