Just wanted to say if you need a mobilty lift installed this is the place. Talk to Josh he was very helpful and friendly had my lift wired in about a hour. And let me sit in my jeep Because i dont walk well. Very happy with the service and great price.

Booked a tow hitch installation, rescheduled twice without letting me know. The last time, three days before my trip, after I *confirmed* that they had the part and can do the install, I was told they can’t do it anymore. No communication, was not able to find me another solution.

I had a reservation this morning. I showed up and was informed they moved it to Beaverton. No offer was made to drive me to the vehicle I rented or to substitute a different truck for the same price. Apparently U-Haul thinks that because people have planned busy days around their rental, they're desperate enough to pay for an Uber and the extra mileage despite having reserved a van weeks ahead of time. The staff here is completely unhelpful and not interested in doing more than the bare minimum. I definitely recommend a different truck rental even if the price is slightly higher to avoid the terrible service and risk that they won't bother to actually have your vehicle when you show up.

Do not rent from this location, they are straight up scam artists. Rented a truck there last year, returned it without an issue. Almost 2 full months later they had someone call accusing me of damaging the truck asking for $1100 in damages. They've refused to try to provide any sort of proof of their claim, even though I know they have none. Dealing with this for about 8 months now. Would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I scheduled appointment online for hitch install only to be told by the guys behind the counter that my service was canceled. I asked them how that was possible without informing me? They said “not our problem, talk to corporate”. I told them I confirmed over the phone that my appointment was good. And have order confirmation email. They said “Can’t help you”. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them as a customer how they can make it right. They said “ corporate screwed up, talk to them”. I said are you all not on the same team? They said “not really “. I finally gave up and asked to refund me. They both said “ thank God”! By then I was really offended. I filed a complaint worth corporate only to be told that they cannot validate what happened in the u-haul front desk and sorry all they could do is refund me. I said, I already asked for refund why wasn’t it already done. I have still yet to be refunded so now have my bank involved. What a JOKE this location is. AVOID at all costs. No empathy. No care for customers. You all can do better than waste your money & time at this facility!

I have been waiting to get a hitch installed on my car for four months now. I chose this location because they had the first available appointment back in May. I took half a day off of work and showed up for my appt. only to have them tell me that the parts were not in yet! No one had communicated that to me. And....now it is four months later. I have called every couple of weeks to check in and can not speak to anyone at the location. I've only talked to people at the main number who are very nice and try their best to get in touch with the store. It's almost comical how poor the service and communication has been from this location.

If I could write a review for zero stars I would, if your able to utilize another location I would suggest to do so. if you have any issues try to take them up with the corporate office, the managers of this facility are not "customer servicey" in any means of the word. they do not care what you have to say about anything that might be wrong and I can not stress this enough do not I repeat DO NOT just assume that the person that is helping you at the desk is pulling up your truck is the one that you should take.
