Joshua has always gone over and beyond ever since I've gone to this location for rentals or trucks being brought to get serviced. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to accommodate my needs even if it isn't his problem. Truly appreciated!! ~Benson

I had a reservation this morning. I showed up and was informed they moved it to Beaverton. No offer was made to drive me to the vehicle I rented or to substitute a different truck for the same price. Apparently U-Haul thinks that because people have planned busy days around their rental, they're desperate enough to pay for an Uber and the extra mileage despite having reserved a van weeks ahead of time. The staff here is completely unhelpful and not interested in doing more than the bare minimum. I definitely recommend a different truck rental even if the price is slightly higher to avoid the terrible service and risk that they won't bother to actually have your vehicle when you show up. ~Jesse
