Their listed hours are not accurate; I arrived a few minutes after 8am and the shop was still closed. I called at 8:05 to check and was told it would just be a few more minutes and they'd open up. It's 8:22 and I'm still sitting outside a closed shop with at least one employee inside. If he had just been honest with me about the length of time I would have understood; I could have gone and got coffee instead of sitting in 39 degree weather all this time.

What a great experience. Stopped in and got an oil change in less than 15 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I believe Jessie was the gentleman who helped me and he was exceptional. This location is not the closest one to me, however after my experience I will coming back to this location. Service: Oil change

Great experience! I had the air filters already purchased and they installed them free of charge. I even felt that they prioritized getting myself and my young daughter in and out, knowing we were waiting in our car instead of the lobby. I really enjoyed the customer service and felt that they were honest. As a young woman, I’m always worried about being pushed into adding things on that I don’t need, or being scared into buying something more. Fear not, as that was not a worry at this Jiffy Lube. DONT GO HERE Husband went here because our usual place would be closed by the time he got off work and we desperately needed the oil change…. Called before they said it would cost 60. Once he got there he verified with the tech. He goes up to pay and it’s 109… for a 4 cylinder Honda….. just and oil change…. He argued with the clerk. They said too bad. Manager comes down and says too bad gotta pay we’re closed now pay now. So he did. Never ever ever ever will go back and I suggest you never go either. I was so nervous to go here in the first place. I new someone who worked at a jiffy lube knowing nothing about cars and was promoted within months… that alone terrified me. But I was like well we need it and it’s just an oil change how bad can they mess up…. Welllll never again. Ok trust my gut and wait. DONT GO HERE

This place treats you well, on the approach they ask what your services you'll need and performs them to the best their abilities. The service here is miles above what 10705 SE 82nd Ave, Happy Valley, OR 97086 will do. Because once you approach them they ask for what service you'll need then tell you they don't have any oil, and won't provide any service. As you're driving off they'll say they're "just joking" Services: Oil change, Brakes, Air & cabin filter replacement
