Mostly I loathe this establishment...HOWEVER....THIS LOCATION IS GREAT! They are the friendliest artists I've ever seen. I dont feel scared or tense or judged at all. I don't feel like I'm annoying them with my order. I don't feel like someone played "hide the booger" in my sammy!

My recent visit to Subway was hands down the worst customer service ever. The person was very abrupt and gave me the impression that my visit was a burden. I can’t tell you their name since none of the 4 individuals including the two on laptops were wearing name tags. I asked for the Supreme Meats 12” and of course they only had Italian or multigrain options. Then I asked to modify the veggies and was told that if I altered ANYTHING I would have to pay per meat. When I asked them to verify that information, they stated that the sandwich would be delivered 10.99 plus an additional charge per meat. I ended up taking a sandwich that I did not want in order to avoid paying close to 20 for a ten dollar sandwich. I addressed this with the district manager and advised them that I got a sandwich that I did not want rather than paying additional to which they agreed the employee was wrong. They did not offer to remake the sandwich or any resolution but said they would adress the employee. The performance by the employee is understandable based on that kind of leadership as an example. I ended up throwing away half of the sandwich right next the the now 4 “managers” that had accumulated to do absolutely nothing but take smoke breaks and joke the entire 40 minutes that I was on location.

I've never had any problems at this particular location and I've been coming here for a long time. The staff is always professional and friendly. The sandwiches are consistently good.

Josh is the reason for the 5 stars! There was a glitch in the app and I was supposed to get a free 6 inch but I didn’t but when I let Josh know he fixed the situation right away. Great customer service! The corporation should work on the glitch though. But because of Josh 5 stars

I had great service from the two employees working the other day, so I left a 5$ tip, unfortunately I watched one of them take the 5$ out of the tip can and slide it in his pocket when he thought no one was watching. I think his name is Jay or Ray? usually colorful hair shaved down on sides. I will not be back, or will at the least reconsider leaving a tip at these places

3:08 pm on October 31, a young lady who works at this store, was very rude. It was disrespectful to deaf customer. Subway employees should be patience to communicate with deaf customer.

The manager is very polite and professional. I can tell he really does care about his job. The place is well kept up, clean and very nice employees. Top notch subway

I ordered 2 sandwiches on 5/17 online. I got a call stating they did not have meatballs (again) so I had her change the meatball to the cold cut exactly like the other one I ordered online. When we got the sandwiches they both were so wrong. The original one had cucumbers and green peppers and the 2nd one had nothing but cheddar cheese and parmesen which I did not ask for. Needless to say I was not at all pleased. Did I mention the employee was very rude on the phone?

First I ordered a steak cheese sandwich on the new garlic cheese bread; their employee didnt inform me that would cost an extra dollar, second my sandwich was touched by three different employees. when I asked the last employee you have not added my cheese yet, she rolled her eyes at me, then when I gave the instruction on how to add my bell pepper, onion first then the cheese and then toast my sandwich she rolled her eyes at me again and I can see the irritation within her co-worker. Lame and bad
