Very rude employees. Frozen guacamole . I told the young man light on several items and he disregarded what I said then before I was finished with my toppings he closed my bowl. I then asked the young lady at the register for vinegarette dressing and she was rude you can tell the employees there can't stand their job especially when the staff is just angry and rude just a sad how today's generation is becoming.

There’s one person in particular, unfortunately i don’t know his name, but as soon as i walk in i automatically know not to get a burrito. Which is sad because that’s usually what i enjoy getting. He has a miserable attitude and can’t fold a burrito at all. I’ve had to ask multiple times for it to be re-wrapped, as has my boyfriend. He simply does not care about anything. I’m not one to write reviews often but this has happened to me at least three times at this location with the same person. It’s frustrating.

This location was short staffed and seemed to be stressed and in bad moods. The portion size per topping was about half of what you would normally receive on a bowl or burrito. Hoping it was a one time this, but not a great experience.

Twice in one week out of lettuce and fajitas and then today out of both again and If wanted steak wait 20 minutes. The people working there always great and felt sorry for them having to update all out of simple stock items. Thanks

I went on a fundraiser night and this location was entirely wiped of ingredients like beans and proteins. The store should close instead of trying to operate with a disappointing selection. I got a teaspoon of beans compared to a full scoop. The workers were treating the customers like a problem when in fact it is the management of this establishment. I won’t set foot here again. If I could give this review a 0 I would. Absolutely poor food for increasing price, and the bowls get worse and worse. Save your money for other alternatives.

Genuine Question: is the guacamole taste tested before it goes out to the public? If not, it should. I have had it hundreds of times and I ordered it with chips and also in my bowl. It's inedible and just awful. Please double and triple orders as well because I wanted brown rice and received white rice. It's a simple thing and the first item on my receipt under the word "bowl". It seems every other time I order food, its wrong in some way as well. But when I go in person, it's fine. What's the solution here? Hope this location improves. Thank you

NEVER going back to this chipotle again. messed up both of my orders. my bowl is the first one on the right. i got a bowl with chicken, white rice, sour cream, cheese, and light lettuce. i ended up getting a bowl which i am fine with a bowl, but it came with white rice, chicken, cheese, barley any sour cream, no lettuce and fresh tomato salsa. my friend got a BURRITO with steak, brown rice, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. he got a BOWL with barbicoa, , white rice, fajita veggies, sour cream and cheese. very disappointed in this. this chipotle never messes up my orders and sad to say i will never be returning.

I ordered extra rice, steak, extra salsa, cheese and sour cream on an online order. I recueved a rice cheese and sour cream bowl. After waits 25min after my pick up time this is what I found when I got home. They won't answer the phone.
