I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The staff on the evening of 12-8-18 were argumentative, disrespectful, and could use some lessons in customer service. We attempted to drop a truck off yesterday evening. There was a sign indicating no after hours drop off, which we respect, however the OPEN sign was illuminated, the blinds were open, the lights were on, and the drop box was open- all indicating that the establishment was open. We dropped the keys and left, only to have the staff then call my mother and threaten to be towed at her expense because the truck was parked in a fire lane (it was not a fire lane). We returned to retrieve the truck and keys only to be met with staff that opened the conversation with how “rude” my mother had been on the phone and then became disrespectful and argumentative before we could even engage. We remained calm, let them know we didn’t want to argue, and simply asked for answers to the questions we had regarding drop off. We were again met with threats of charging us an extra $100 (for which we still don’t have an answer, as the truck was paid for through the week). A male (from what we can assume staff member) then appeared and demanded the keys back. He did not introduce himself, was attempting to intimidate us and told us we were “just wasting time.” We did not hand the keys back over for fear they would then hold them and charge us against our will. At this point, the conversation was so asinine that we simply left and took the truck. My husband’s company contracts with Penske and we will be letting headquarters know of the unnecessary poor treatment and customer service.

It's was very easy to rent a truck with penske, I was in and out in less than half an hour. When I needed to keep my truck an extra 2 weeks they were able to accommodate me. Their customer service is wonderful.
