This was our 3rd uhaul location as first two were unable to provide us the reserved van. I really liked this place got all the info reagarding the parking and how to return in case we were late to return the van. Also when we returned the van we were 30 mins late and the owner was still there and took care of the return. Really helpful person to deal with.

I set an appointment to pick up at 7:30am..they didn't have my truck. They sent me to another location and when I got to that location they said that they couldn't give me the truck because I paid for it at the Broadway location. I drove back and forth between these two locations 4 times. when I got upset the guy at the counter called a customer service number and handed ME the phone to talk to them. No one takes ownership there and no one knows what the hell is going on. Customer service is non existent and everyone I spoke to basically threw up their hands and said "I don't know ma'am I just work here. Call *this* number or drive to *this* location". I didn't get my truck until 10:30am (3 hours late). Do yourself a favor and hire movers. I promise it will be worth not working these people

We had such a great experience renting a trailer from this location. Melvin was incredibly kind and really looked out for our best interests and convenience!! Highly recommend utilizing this store for your moving needs.

Service was fine, but the area is PACKED with cars where you can barely turn around in a sedan. Drop off location after hours was non-existent as they parked trucks to prevent anything from leaving the lots (which also prevents easy after hour dropoffs!). No one thought to mention this when I received keys!

I rented a 10' truck from this location January 31st returned it the same night paid through card what the estimated cost would be. Now over a month later I was charged $106 extra dollars in random fees. $200 to take a truck 20 miles within the city. Not worth it give $100 to your friend with a truck or go somewhere more organized where they don't charge you a random amount a month later.

Such a nice experience and very kind people renting out the U-haul trailer. The trailer had a bad wiring harness on it and they were quick to re-wire the harness to ensure I was able to go on my way. Good family run operation it seems.

This is the best Uhaul dealer I've ever used. They were polite and helpful. We had an issue with some of my equipment and they were super reasonable and helpful in resolving the issue. Much better than some other Uhaul dealers I have used in the past who were less than decent to deal with. Definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the Denver area.

Absolute worst customer experience EVER. Truly, I cannot think of a worse example of what NOT to do to a client. Rented a truck, gave credit card to hold it, received a confirmation and so I went about hiring movers, reserving the elevator in my building and planning my move! Less than 48 hours before my pickup was scheduled, received a call that there was a problem with my reservation and I'd have to go to a U-haul location almost 6 hours away to pick up the truck!! That's almost 12 hours of driving to get to and from that location and bring the truck back to Denver, so that then I could pack up and drive another 12 hours to my final destination! I called customer service to resolve the situation, and guess what? No apology, no empathy, no compassion, just absolute and total rudeness. The two people I spoke with were Lavonne and Annelise. If you have the opportunity to work with them, one word of advice: RUN. Luckily, after being so rudely treated, I called Penske, and since it was less than 48 hours out, I had to spend over $4000 to GUARANTEE a truck (about $1500 more than my initial Uhaul reservation) at the location I specified. And, incidentally, got AMAZING service. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been using Melvin and this local UHaul store for 5 years. I have used them for many personal and even professional moves throughout the Denver area. There is always a truck for me, they make using cash an easy option, and it is a super convenient spot with a gas station right next door for quick fill ups. I couldn't recommend any business in Denver more than I can personally recommend this UHaul dealer.

Drove from Texas Uhaul to for off at this location. Friendly staff. Tight parking lot pulling in with a truck with the trailer, especially since half the lot is a used car spot. We did wait a while for service, as there were 2 guys only serving 3 people waiting.
