Rude person called to tell me they don't have the truck I reserved weeks ago available for my move in 2 DAYS but that I could pay about an extra $100 in mileage to get a truck at a different location. Poor customer service and unable to uphold agreements. Go elsewhere.

I booked the uhaul and I forgot the time. I showed up and they were closing. But they were super nice. Dustin (GM) he provided us the excellent costumer services despite that the store closed he was helping us and explaining everything well and professionally! Great Costumer service!

Extremely disappointed with uhaul services. The fact that “they buy back boxes not used” I bought the boxes online, and they were delivered to my building. Same service should be for return. Boxes not used, they would pick up, (since they delivered) Called different locations in Denver, not helpful. Asked how we could make this work, both attendant extremely arrogant, and not helpful. As many online purchases, that you have the stamp to mail back/return, same should be applied to uhaul delivered boxes

I called 15 minutes before walking in to rent a truck after a different company didn't have the truck that I ordered. The man behind the counter was friendly and the truck was great for our needs.

I would not recommend using this place. We drove a total of 15 miles and they stated we drove 75 miles. If you choose to rent a U-Haul here, make sure you photograph the odometer because these people will attempt to swindle you.
