Best truck rental agency in Denver, Colorado (CO) 2024

I set an appointment to pick up at 7:30am..they didn't have my truck. They sent me to another location and when I got to that location they said that they couldn't give me the truck because I paid for it at the Broadway location. I drove back and forth between these two locations 4 times. when I got upset the guy at the counter called a customer service number and handed ME the phone to talk to them. No one takes ownership there and no one knows what the hell is going on. Customer service is non existent and everyone I spoke to basically threw up their hands and said "I don't know ma'am I just work here. Call *this* number or drive to *this* location". I didn't get my truck until 10:30am (3 hours late). Do yourself a favor and hire movers. I promise it will be worth not working these people ~Mary

Rude person called to tell me they don't have the truck I reserved weeks ago available for my move in 2 DAYS but that I could pay about an extra $100 in mileage to get a truck at a different location. Poor customer service and unable to uphold agreements. Go elsewhere. ~Caleb
