HORRIBLE customer service. Judgy, racist, and argumentative staff. You're better off carrying your things by hand. Paid $500 for service I didn't receive and they won't return it. I am taking them to court.

Hey, I actually had a great experience. Thank you to the staff for making things quick, easy to understand, and we're fair with me upon returning the equipment. I genuinely appreciate it. Using U-Haul's services were crucial to my move out of Denver recently. Credit where it's due!

Made a reservation to rent a trailer, paid $500 to have them put a trailer hitch on my SUV. UHaul cancelled my reservation 2 days before I was moving and I am unable to return and get my money back for the trailer hitch that I no longer need since I had to rent a truck from Penske, The movers I booked through UHaul were supposed to arrive in the morning, but after not contacting me for two weeks I finally was able to get someone on the phone and they could not come out to my place until 11am, while technically still morning, it will be afternoon by the time they're done. As an FYI, Penske guarantees their reservations.

If I could leave a zero I would. Incapable of doing the smallest task. You could quite honestly teach a hamster to do a more adequate job than these bozos. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time with a bunch of deadbeat middle aged sell outs.

This location filled a reservation made elsewhere in the city, since the other location did not have an auto hauler. I confirmed with Margarita for the initial reservation and later had to change it slightly. She answers the phone (!) and is very competent. Nothing could have been easier. The rental business is brutal, with people who are emotional and stressed from hauling or moving. Because of that, even though something may not actually be a huge problem, many comments are out of proportion to the actual experience. This is a good location with great people that are service-oriented and very competent.

What a horrible experience we have had with this company. For the sake of your sanity, don't ever rent a trailer from U-Haul. We are in Gunnison, Colorado right now, and we rented a trailer to move our furniture in to a new apartment in Lakewood. We were never notified that there were no available trailers in Gunnison. They changed our pickup location to Montrose, which is only accessible by a road that is closed for construction for the week. Now we are stranded with a bunch of furniture to move without a trailer. What an atrocious experience.

When trying to find the address my phone took me across the street and in a random alley way, finally I found the location and immediately was welcomed and treated with amazing customer service by Anthony gomez. He made a stressful time for me go very smoothly and I left feeling very confident about my new move! Thank you Anthony for being a great employee!

Please check your bank statements after using Uhaul. They tacked almost $600 onto my card for a one way, one day small trailer rental. No phone call, no messages or emails. Contract stated it was a one way rental. Do not recommend.

I scheduled to come here at 7am on a Friday in December. There was only one worker who was seeing someone off with a trailer when I arrived, so there was no one in the store for ~20 minutes while me and one other customer ahead of me waited. It took another ~10 minutes to get the customer in front of me set up before I was helped. The process was quick for me because I had scheduled online before I got there. The gentleman was friendly, but unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that it took ~40 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I left with my rented truck. Needless to say, I was late to meet all my moving buddies.
