I've had other storage units before, but I am most impressed by the team at Boulder Self Storage. I recently went to rent a second unit and had a seamless experience. Wes, the on-site manager at the time, was awesome. I was in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. Worth every penny!

It was so easy working with Boulder Self Storage. I reserved a unit by phone and went in on moving day to complete the paperwork. The process could not have been easier. Alex helped me all the way through from the initial phone call to the actual move-in. He is super helpful and made the whole process easy and pleasant. The facility is very clean. Excellent service and support. Alex secured my unit by phone and followed up. Wes helped me on rental day. Unit was clean, large, and easily accessible. Snow was removed so unloading was no issue on a cold and snowy day. Price was reasonable and paperwork went well. Im very glad that I choose Boulder Self Storage. Thank you!

I was in a bind for time and needed to move a friend in one day. I called Boulder Self Storage around 3PM, and within a half hour had a fully executed contract for a storage space. Alex (pretty sure) also made sure a lock (that I bought from him) was there when we arrived after closing time. That enabled us to complete the move safely and to return the truck by 10PM. Thank you!

I had one of the best experiences with the staff. Everyone was helpful but above all Wes was extremely professional and efficient. He went out his way to make sure I got the truck despite the weather challenges. His follow up was above average that it stood out from any prior experiences I have had as an adult. I let him know how I felt and I promised him this review. If any manager sees this review, please make sure he is acknowledged. The sign in and payment process with Alex was seamless and easy! As a senior he helped me find a location easy for me to access, even going down and opening the outer door and the door to my unit. He was very professional and friendly. The office was neat, clean and covid safe. The experience could not have been better. I also have accessed the unit a number of times already, the entry and exits are easy to understand. Thank you for making my transition an easy one!
