Do not use this facility. Leakage is rampant, the units do not properly seal causing significant dust/dirt to enter under the door, and the staff can be unfriendly. I highly recommend going to Extra Space Storage off Industrial Lane 15 minutes away, worth the drive. The units at Extra Space are much cheaper, the facility is new, there are climate control units, and the manager is excellent. You will regret choosing Life Storage over Extra Space.

Tried to put the unit on autopay many times but their website didn't take it, so we got charged almost $300 in late fees despite our best effort to pay things on time. When we called and tried to figure it out, we got absolutely no traction. The manager hung up on me when I asked for fee waivers due to not being able to maneuver their website. She said I needed proof of confirmation that it had been put on autopay, so that was a good way for them to weasel out of any kind of good faith customer service. But it turns out the website won't let you put anything on autopay if your payment is late because you thought it was on autopay! Avoid this facility. Other facilities and websites are much easier to work with. We also use Public Storage nearby and there have been no problems.
