My experience here was less than ideal. the staff was friendly and all but I found the facility underwhelming. There was no food like sandwich or bagels and I was forced to settle for donut holes. I got donut holes and they were cold and mushy. According to the date on the cup it expired yesterday and was prepared 3 days ago (see photo). Furthermore the drinks that we were handed were not very warm and very dissatisfying. We had ordered hot drinks and they were served to us barely temped. I didn't even notice until after I was in the car and on the road again. I was very disappointed in my visit.

This poor lady is working by herself on a Saturday! This is by far the best coffee shop in town. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond all the time. Hope she gets paid appropriately for her work.

Customer satisfaction! They don't assure it. They don't assure that the flavor advertise is what you will receive. Twice ordering a flavor All I received was coffee tasting latte. Only once, between these two incidence, did I receive the correct latte- with the flavor they advertised. Confronting the the two young ladies about customer satisfaction...all I got were excuses...Excuses that the syrup dispensers don't always work correctly...EXCUSES! Of those dispensers aren't working correctly, then when one "squirt" doesn't give out the correct syrup or amount...add a squirt. Don't give excuses for not putting out what is advertised!

I ordered a sugar free Red Bull creme freeze add blackberry syrup and this is what I got. I stared at it at the window and i asked the lady if she was sure that was my drink. Then she said “sometimes it doesn’t blend enough” WELL. If you pour the drink and it’s not blended why wouldn’t you just blend it for a couple seconds more?! I went to the sylvania location and got another one and went home and mixed the 2 and blended it myself— which i shouldn’t have to do. Even the lady at the sylvania location said they hear a lot of complaints at the central location. Either my is super liquidy or will be whole chunks of ice! Terrible!

WOW! I’m practically drooling thinking about this place. I ordered the best drink I’ve ever had in my entire life. The drink went up the straw so flawlessly. And don’t even get me started on the staff. They were so nice that they even gave me free napkins. When I went home I cried just because of how good it is.

Went to Biggby coffee on McCord & Sylvania , bought a frozen coconut blackberry zinger creme drink which is really good but this time there was a lot of lemon rind & pith( inside of the lemon skin) in the drink, I ended up throwing out the drink. I went to their central ave. location which made it correctly. Usually the service is good, not sure what happened at the McCord location?
