8 Best restaurant in Toledo, Ohio (OH) 2024

This Burger King had a nice dining area the tables were cleaned. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff were quick and friendly. But they were out of my grandsons favorite chocolate milk! There were plenty of condiments and that area was clean as well. The coffee was not very tasty though, not sure what kind of beans they use. ~Gee

My experience here was less than ideal. the staff was friendly and all but I found the facility underwhelming. There was no food like sandwich or bagels and I was forced to settle for donut holes. I got donut holes and they were cold and mushy. According to the date on the cup it expired yesterday and was prepared 3 days ago (see photo). Furthermore the drinks that we were handed were not very warm and very dissatisfying. We had ordered hot drinks and they were served to us barely temped. I didn't even notice until after I was in the car and on the road again. I was very disappointed in my visit. ~Kaartikeya

Had a horrible experience. I stood in the lobby for 13 minutes with NO acknowledgement. When the manager (pictured) finally came to the front counter, she still did not even look at the now 5-6 people in the counter area. When I asked, she said her priority is the drive-thru. When I asked if there policy was to acknowledge customers, she said, in a demeaning way " Isn't it obvious?" I as well as 3-4 customers left. How Rude! ~Mark

Waited a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged while the employee waited on drive thru customers. While waiting I noticed the place was filthy, tables covered in crumbs and coffee rings. Behind the counters were just as dirty...except they had what looked like an employees half eaten bagel on the counter where they make food for customers. Why is every tim hortons I go to disgusting? ~Danielle

I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful GM Ashley. Door dash messed up my order after having me wait for over 2 hours and then cancelling my delivery so she took it upon herself to bring it to me with no hesitation. Truly the best example of customer service I've ever experienced in my life ~Clarence

So yummy food is good service is great very friendly I recommend this restaurant if you're from out of town and hungry for some home cooked meals . ~Myra

We just recently discovered this location and it's now our go-to. Tonight we had excellent service from Becca, who patiently waited on us after we used the app in order to utilize a coupon...our subs were great, too! ~amy

Eat like you're at home; away from home at HotBox Bistro. Cajun Soul Fusion Specialists. I ordered two of my favorite cuisines. Steak Philly 🥙, Fresh Cut Fries 🍟, & a Pineapple🍍 Chicken 🍗 Rice bowl 🍜. The food is delicious, huge portions and reasonably priced. Friendly atmosphere and courteous staff. Definitely one of my favorite black owned establishments in Toledo, Oh. Everything on the menu is delicious. You can't go wrong here.👍👌 ~David
