I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful GM Ashley. Door dash messed up my order after having me wait for over 2 hours and then cancelling my delivery so she took it upon herself to bring it to me with no hesitation. Truly the best example of customer service I've ever experienced in my life

Went down to the Tim Hortons on Dorr and was told they couldn't give me a plain bagel with plain creamcheese because they only had 2 people working? I don't know how that makes sense but I just accepted it, left that Tim Hortons and came to this one. They were much nicer, professional and very patient as I made my order. (I ordered other things but wasn't quite sure what all I wanted.) Anyway, I prefer this one to Dorr's Tim Hortons.

Came through the drive-thru to order six donuts and the place was still open for 40 minutes and they didn't have enough donuts to fulfill our order. It only takes 5 to 8 minutes to make a donut and we would have waited but they refuse to make donuts and we just left. This is happened to me at most locations and one of the reasons why I rarely go to Tim Hortons anymore because they just don't want to make donuts anymore. 40 minutes left till the store closed and they couldn't make four donuts, absolutely ridiculous

I love Tim were in spirea their coffee taste better than any of the other coffee shops around here. I order the Carmel Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso Because I like my coffee strong but a little sweet, too. There donut holes are always fresh. My only negative remark is that this location often doesn't stir it up, so i don't taste the carmel until the last 1/3 of the cup!
