A friend and I met here for some quiet time to talk without kids around. They didn't have a line in store, but maybe a few cars in the drive thru. After placing our order for just 2 coffees, and paying for it, we ended up waiting almost 15min before someone decided to check to see what our order was on the computer. They asked us to verify our order, a decaf black coffee and a medium double caramel macchiato, then proceeded to ask someone else to make it. All in all we waited almost a half an hour for coffee, didn't receive an apology for making us wait, and then pretended that we weren't there until we left. I definitely won't be back to this location.

So I went to this tim hortons never usually have an issue until today my bacon is raw my hashbrowns was cold n rubbery couldnt get threw to anyone to let them know but I'm highly disappointed

Tim Hortons is definitely my favorite chain coffee shop. First and foremost the coffee is always fresh and hot. There is nothing worse than getting a cup of coffee that's lukewarm or tastes like it's been sitting on the burner for hours. I'm always happy with the choices on the bakery side as well. Anytime I picked up donuts, they were always fresh. I certainly can't say the same for other coffee / donut chains. Lastly, I really like their mobile app. Navigation is fairly intuitive. It's great the way that they run their promotions. I don't have to collect hundreds of stars or visit a number of consecutive days in order to get discounts.

The new cold brew peppermint Mocha ice coffee is amazing! My new favorite every morning coffee! I can't get enough of it.

Took 20 minutes for 6+ employees to make two bagel sandwiches and they never brought it out. The one frumpy looking boy in there was swearing and just looking around while all of the other staff were chatting with each other and being useless. Terrible service. Unpleasant people. I was there for over 35 minutes and my order was still wrong in the end. Oh and they kept taking boxes out to their own cars while I was waiting so you might want to look into where your inventory goes when you have a bunch of rude teens running around.

I hardly ever write reviews but this Tim Hortons never gets my order correct. I order a cinnamon raisin bagel double toasted with light cream cheese. Is this to much to ask when it comes out non toasted not even warm lol. Not sure raising pay to $15.00 an hr is the answer.
