I highly recommend this storage facility, particularly the location at 8320 W. 20th Street Greeley, CO 80634, where you will get the pleasure of meeting and working with Lindsey. She is passionate about the work she does, and her compassion for humans is way up there. In every conversation she has that I overhear, she takes care of her customers. The move in process is really easy, and there is a complimentary box truck available for four hours. You can purchase locks on site if you don't have any. Move in is prorated and you can even set up auto-charge so that you don't forget to make a timely payment. The location is always very clean, and the code access gate and on site cameras offers a nice sense of security for your items. Move-out is so simple and only requires a 7 day notice to vacate. Definitely check them out!!

Great service! Lindsey was very respectful, thorough and made us feel like we were the most important clients she had. Every business should have a manager like Lindsey in their employment!

Nice staff. There has been two separate Saturdays where I tried to get into the office and it was closed. This was during business hours. A more accessible bathroom would be nice inside the storage building. Otherwise, pleased.

The facility is clean and professionally managed. Lindsay was manning the front desk each time that I had a question or needed information. She says that she has been working there since February, barely over three months. This is difficult to believe, since she always had the information and answers that I required. She has a very pleasant appearance and demeanor and it is obvious that she has had customer service experience. My wife also interacted with Lindsay and referred to her as 'professional' and 'awesome'. I would not hesitate to assign two 5-star ratings to Mountain Shadows Storage, reflecting both myself and my wife's opinions.

Often these reviews are written with criticism based off a bad review. This review is not the case, but rather a candid review while working with Lindsay. As a military service member, it was calming to know that I was working with someone that cared about me as a person, not just a customer. No request was too large for her and she definitely went above and beyond while helping me get my storage set up while being the subject matter expert that I hoped she would be. Every business has their flaws and the weather can be unpredictable, but we must understand that employees such as Lindsay are doing everything they can to provide customers with the best experience as possible. I would highly recommend this storage facility not only for the amenities and security that it provides, but mainly for the staff that gives you that peace of mind when you sit down with them. You cannot put a price on that. Thank you again Lindsay!

Moutain Shadow Storage in Greeley has been a wonderful experience! There office person ( Lindsey) has been 5 stars any time had questions or issues. The grounds are very clean and definitely try hard during the winter for snow removal. I would recommend Moutain Shadow Storage to any one who is looking for a good place to rent!!

All of my belongings were stolen from the unit I had. It was filled with my deceased father's entire life, and I wasn't even notified. I had to find out by going to the unit and finding the lock was cut.

Lindsay was AMAZING!!!!! I am out of state and my husband is in Colorado and needed a storage place. Her customer service and empathy was wonderful!!!! She was great with helping me get my documents signed and back to her. DEFINITELY recommend!!!!!!

Been using this place for a couple of years now. In the warmer months it is fine, but if it snows, not so much. Snow removal is essentially non-existent. They may kind of plow a one lane width path down the aisles, but that's all folks. If your storage unit door is in the shade, you will have snow and ice in the way for a very long time. Worst of all is the ice by the keypad used to punch in your code to exit. My truck literally slid sideways away from the keypad about 4 feet when I drove up today. You then have get out of your vehicle onto incredibly slick ice to walk to the keypad, and get back into your car without falling. Today I had to put my vehicle in 4-wheel drive to get out of the facility. This is acceptable if the snow has just fallen, I get that. IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE THE LAST SNOWSTORM! Get off your lazy rear ends and make your business safe.

Rang the doorbell to speak to someone about online hours being listed wrong and someone answered the doorbell and hung up. Terrible service! Response to Rob: Yes, someone did answer and hang up the doorbell. I’m assuming your wife since there was a woman's voice coming through. I did not say YOUR hours were listed wrong and had your wife not just hung up the doorbell it would have been explained that the UPS hours listed for your store states you guys are available until 5:30 pm.
